Superb customer service

I was trying to order a bunkbed through their website and got confused I ended up with 2 in the basket and couldn t work out how to remove one I ended up going somewhere else But the next morning I received an email from 121 asking for feedback to which I responded and was thanked in return This is excellent customer engagement and I will be buying from them in the future

Best prices out there - fantastic service

I ordered 3 pieces of furniture on Thursday 20th April - There was a mistake on my address so someone from the company called to check some details I thought that was really good service Our furniture was here by lunch time on Friday 1st May this was not paid any extra for and considering whats going on at the moment we weren t expecting it for a couple of weeks or so The quality of the furniture is amazing I m so pleased also 121 home furniture is the cheapest stockist of items we bought would definitely recommend

I ordered a table for a record player vinyls and it arrived promptly and as described Communication was great from the outset received delivery detail tracking emails etc Product is solid and now doing its job Will no doubt be using 121 in the future

Fabulous service

Fabulous service During a very stressful situation Covid19 Michael went above and beyond to get our delivery to us and when our item was damaged in transit Michael got a replacement sent to us the very next day I can not recommend this company highly enough I will use again at every opportunity

Initially doubtful but I ve been proven wrong

I discovered 121 Home Furniture when searching for Concord Turntable units on a high-street store s website 121 Home Furniture had a more suitable colour option and was even more affordable While initially doubtful due to being unfamiliar with the brand the service I ve experienced with this order has erased any hesitations I placed the order around 3PM on a Tuesday and by 9AM on Thursday the units were delivered securely by a reliable courier with no packaging damage Upon assembling the units I did notice minor marks on the corner of some pieces but fortunately these blemishes were easy to conceal The units are well made and they serve their intended purpose perfectly

Bought a new office chair but unfortunately it arrived broken Michael couldnt be more helpful and called and emailed promptly to get the situation solved 48 hours later the old one has been collected and a new one delivered Great customer service thanks Michael
