Book a ride from Noi Bai Airport to Sapa and return 3 days later Fetched by van to their regional office before boarding the bus Clean and comfortable Bus drivers need to be more hospitable Return trip was the same Other than that its all good and value for money

From Bangkok to Koh Chang and back - super easy Drivers really make an effort to make sure all travelers come along They asked every single person outside Starbucks if they had to go to Koh Chang And they picked me up in a desolate resort when going back to Bangkok So easy I booked a ticket for my old dad and the tour both ways went smooth for him as well

I have used 12Go to book so many tickets while I have been on this 5 month trip Everything from their end has been really good They ve refunded cancelled tickets promptly and everything has been excellent with fast service They are the best ticket agents I ve come across Of course they have no control over transport providers but they do their part absolutely well
