I am not sure how people can t comprehend that this is merely a tracking website for multiple couriers If people have been scammed by companies they have bought from it has nothing to do with 17 track I have used this website to track items worldwide for around 17 years or more and I recommended it to other people who have had issues using the actual tracking provided by the courier services themselves I often find that tracking information is more up-to-date and detailed on 17 track then on the dedicated tracking sites and apps for the individual courier companies I can t fault the service whatsoever

Incredibly useful app that people seem confused about
This morning 2May2023 I emailed 17TRACK as all tracking had been visibly lost on the tracking app which really works amazingly Through no fault of yours this is a typical South African thing that the correspondence ended once the package arrived here It has been in transit for 53 days and I started wondering if I was ever going to receive my package I had no idea where to start looking BUT 17TRACK came to the rescue and advised me where to contact the carrier Your quick and efficient assistance by email has been a great experience I have made contact with the carrier and they advised my package is now in the same city as me If I don t hear from them within a week I at least know where to contact them thanks to you So once again thank you for your friendly and efficient assistance Kind regards

Tracking of my parcel was fairly
I have used the 17Track app for several years and find it immensely helpful as a central hub for keeping track of my numerous shipments that I m expecting from various carriers at any given time I don t understand the reviews that are angry with 17Track for packages not being delivered as they have nothing to do with the packages themselves They just provide information from the shipping company websites People who don t receive their packages should talk to the seller not complain about a company 17Track who just reports information from the shipping companies I love the new update to the app that shows an estimated delivery date as well They ve done some nice upgrades on the app since I started using it My one gripe is that it almost never recognizes FedEx tracking numbers as belonging to FedEx it usually thinks the number is for an overseas shipper But it s an easy fix to change shippers in the app and get the proper info Thanks for a great app
