Not everyone has over draft protection

I have always used 24cash for my urgent needs but most recently I had an issue where I was denied a renewal because of stop payments on my bank statement for other lenders even though I have never had a stop payment put on them and even repaid early so I have built a good rapport I was upset that they were more focused on the stop payments rather than looking at my payment history with them and after asking to have this decision escalated they ended up approving my loan I am grateful that they did but it should not have come to that This is the first time i have had an issue with them after using them for years so thank you for helping me when I need it most

Loan Status

Not everyone has over draft protection even tho person I spoke to insisted all TD accounts do this all came to fruition after I had pointed out the with drawl date was a day earlier

I liked receiving an email stating I was eligible for a renewal loan It was easy to apply but I have no way to check the status online and have to wait for another email with the decision

Sometimes it can be a bit slower to get your loan depending on if your bank is within their system They added mine after 2 times of applying for a loan so I was able to apply Even if you don t have a bank they provide in their verification system you can still send screenshots of your bank statements and have it checked manually They also allow you to postpone your payments when needed without any fees Otherwise I have used them 3 times and they were good each time

Manageable and flexible

The loan application was fast and effecient I think that s a 5 star It s just that the deposit of the loan that s longer But everything else is exceptional

The fact that the payments is stretched out over a few weeks unlike the ones you see at a corner of a plaza somewhere near you The payments are stretched out over a few weeks or month so you do not have that added stress of paying back the lump sum especially when you don t have it by your next pay check Giving you more time to manage and rebound your person s expenses

expedient and great customer service I would say that all the verifications should be said up front as it was a bit redundant to have to email and call from two separate lines
