The first time I applied for this loan was fine months later they sent me an email to re lone so I filled out the application but fast and easy there words Not at allll wanted me to go though everything I did the first time all over again when everything was the exact same Frustrating called another company and within an hour had my money

Lying contracts
Lying contracts then they brandish it to be misleading when I ve literally read the full contract The dates were changed payments types were changed apposed to what I had originally signed and been proposed This review will remain 1 star

This company is terrible because I bank with PC FINANCIAL they cannot approve me for a loan as there system does not recognize this bank I provided all documents and I also gave them my RBC Bank info and because my paychecks go into PC financial bank they DENIED me for a loan So NO not fast and easy nor convenient

Terrible at its best
Applied last Friday it s been six days submitted all info had no replies or responses telling me if I m declined or not will cancel my application and I will not be back again This is my 6th loan and usually get approved within the first day

Don t do business with this company
Don t do business with this company I applied for a loan even signed the loan agreement only to be denied because I m on disability Not only does it not state on their website but disability is an option for choosing income source during the application Absolutely disgusting I d give it 0 stars if I could They should be ashamed of themselves And as you can see by their reply to my review more made up legalities And in response to their reply of my review in that case I will be filing a complaint with the human rights tribunal for discrimination Normally I d say you should be ashamed of yourselves but you had to have had any to begin with

What went wrong is that in no place does it say we will be looking at your bank info and checking your pay history to companies and using that to deny or accept loan cWhich if accepted tack on 225 00 to it Be careful

Do not use cash24 These guys should be called 48hr cash or no cash They show no loyalty to their customers and the fees they charge are astronomical Just ridiculous If you want good fast and easy service and loyalty I highly recommend Pay2day loans These guys are extremely reliable and trustworthy And you get your money asap with the hour No joke It s not like 24cash waiting 24 to 48 hours Graham

I requested that the payment come out
I requested that the payment come out on my actual payday and not the day before because the bank charges a 5 fee Over the span of 6 payments that totals an extra 30 that I m paying unnecessarily They wouldn t make the change for me

People who are responsible for approving loans operate in a very strange and inefficient way I live in a fly-in community in Nunavut reserve with a population of 1000 people There are no regular address formats except the name of the town and the post code No street names Just unofficial house numbers The team kept bugging me about the address even though I validated my banking information and they saw my regular bi-weekly deposits The company claims they offer services in Nunavut however their team are not aware of address formats in Nunavut I dealt with the team with absolute promptness due to the urgency of my situation but they acted in a very rigid way On Friday I lost all hope and I told the rep that this is the only address I could provide and thank you anyway I found another company with a better procedure and guess what less fees and less rigidity Moreover I received a strange email on SATURDAY that my loan has been approved There was no satisfactory communication I thought my loan process stopped but they approved it without solving the address problem the agent claimed they had over the weekend It s Monday now and the money hasn t been deposited yet I wanted the money for an emergency over the weekend and I accepted to pay an astronomical amount of fees 250 fees for 500 loan just to save a situation OVER THE WEEKEND Instead of being aware or informed about the address format in a province they claim they cover the agent kept dragging it out I accepted that and went to somewhere else but what made me more furious is the weekend approval Now it s Monday and the loan serves me no purpose Furthermore I pay astronomical fees for nothing I suggest you educate your agents about address formats in provinces you claim you cover also you have to teach your agents to be less rigid open-minded and use Google to check facts Finally you have to instruct your agents about the value of time and promptness People usually accept such astronomical fees because of an urgent time-sensitive situation This service needs major improvement and I m hoping you benefit from the constructive criticism Thank you for nothing
