Not impressed long time customer had issues with bank account and they basically judged me by my bank account and denied Never missed a payment ever

I am a repeat client that has never missed a single payment I applied for a loan and was approved and the 750 was deposited I should have read the email further down though because this time they charged me 22 on the loan plus over 300 for a surety charge for another company to guarantee to loan and another 22 on that wow A phone call to ask me if this is what I wanted would have been good and given me the option to decline THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE LAST TIME I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY VERY VERY UNETHICAL And in response to the company reply I never received a phone call or a voice-mail I received an email saying funds would be deposited that day and if you read way further down that s where I discovered the added fees No one called me or emailed to ask if that was okay I have had 3 loans with your company in the past and have never missed a payment and have never had to pay a surety In the process of finding out if this is even legal Loan sharking at its finest

They state no hidden fees send repayment schedule with a different start date and once approved there is a hidden surety fee which is almost half the loan amount The repayment schedule changes and you have to repay this surety fee with first installment coming within a week of receiving the loan Some transparency will be great

It says one hr to recieve approval money in bank same day It took 3 days and the second day i had to call them after almost 3 hrs ofnthem being open to continue with my application and then when they finally did they said i didnt sign early enough to get my money the same day when it was them who didnt work on my application until way later

The website states paperless and fast and from the moment I began my application process both of those requirements were nullified I was asked to send in paystubs and asked to wait up to 72 hours for approval For a company that advertises fast and paperless this is a joke and a complete lie and false advertisement on their website Very much unpleased and would not recommend to anyone who thinks this company is honest

I had applied for my 1st loan on July 23rd repaid back the full amount the process was pretty easy I tried to renew my loan on dec 4 I spoke to Marie V From the evaluation team She originally denied my loan When questioned why and explained my situation Marie V Became very short an quite unpleasant with me Marie V Then transferred my file to a different agent katrina B Who processed and approved the loan correctly

I asked for a certain amount than get an e-mail confirmation that I was approved for the loan However they did not give the full amount I had requested and they never told me they would lower the amount they are loaning me nor gave me an explanation as to why I got less than I requested Therefore I feel cheated and lied to by the company

Not bad but I just don t understand why they won t increase the amount of the loan you can get higher than 750 Especially when you have an outstanding relationship with them never missed Payment l But because of another bill in my bank taking money out on the wrong days they tell me only 500 because of nsf fee Shouldn t matter to them other than them getting there money Never missed payment
