If you re looking for a quick loan this is not the place

Time consuming and I there was a huge lack of communication I was asked to sign a contract without any details of the terms or if I was approved The last contact I received was asking me to verify things I had previously verified and then there was no indication as to when the gu day would be deposited I finally received the funds after I no longer needed it and it was also very sudden again no notification that I was approved or would be receiving it

The cost to borrow is just way too high

If you re looking for a quick loan this is not the place I applied and submitted all my info on a Thursday morning including banking had to send my banking info again on Friday received an email on Tuesday to confirm my phone finally received funds Tuesday evening 5 days is a long time to wait when other companies can do it same day

Applied for renewal last Thursday

Applied for renewal last Thursday called and left voicemail to validate my number Friday before open and sent email with a paystub from my work email Friday morning as well Everything they needed was there No response all Friday Monday rolled around sent email from my work email asking why nobody has responded if inwas approved or not The supervisor said I needed to validate my employment that my email wasn t enough I sent back a screenshot where it clearly states my work email is good enough and that it has always bee good enough She said she didn t realize it was my work email She can clearly see where I work and what the email is Then all Monday I didn t get a response until I emailed again asking if they needed more info They replied since I was approved inbound have the finds by the evening I never got an email saying I was approved You guys also try and take the money a day jefore payday which results in a 5 nsf every time Indont see why you need to take it a day before You say it s to ensure the funds come out but why should we pay nsf fees when the money would be there if you took it on payday I think you should have to pay everyone back the nsf fees we are charged 3 months of nsf fees every second week It s not right and should be reported

Rates are a bit much

Rates are a bit much I would say their speed is hit or miss I feel some days their name should be 48cash as in wait 48 hours to get your cash Renewal is kind of monotonous Some hoop jumping All in all I d say if you really need the cash and you ve exhausted other options I guess they re OK

They are great people and they really

They are great people and they really do come forward My only beef is that if you are renewing you should not have to go through the process as if you are getting a loan with them for the first time You should just have to give 30 day statements and one paystub and they should look at your history with them that is the only reason I gave 3 stars or they would have had 5 stars

Increased Rates

I have had loans from this company in the past however their rates have taken a significant increase and therefore I did not go through with the loan When the agent called to follow up with me there was no empathy for the situation

Loan renewal was difficult

When I first applied it was super easy But when it came time for my renewal it was very difficult It took a week of emails back and forth and documents that were were needed and sent but in wrong format I was stressed out with it and was about to give up but in the end everything worked out

Your renewal came thru my phone at a great rate But my phone number was not up to date Then when I called the advisor was rude and abrupt Then loan came in at a massive interest hike Not happy with this

Take money early from your bank

The process was relatively easy the fees for borrowing are high - double the amount of competitors You are told your payment will come out on your payday but if your with certain banks they take it out the day before causing your bank to charge you 5 every time This is huge communication problem and they say oh well not our problem I want to comment on the reply I have received from 24cash I feel that it is wrong to take money out of my account before my payday The comment about having money in my account the day before my payment should be taken is just rude really If I had money in my account I would not have to use your services and have extra chargers added to my payments because instead of taking out my payments on my payday 24cash just takes the payment early I have paid as much as if I would have had one nsf charge on my payments so this is not saving me money I believe this practice of assuming the worst on a client and taking the money early even when it costs the client is a very shady business transaction that doesn t seem right As of now I am going to try this company once more and hopefully change my view of their business
