The process seemed very easy it s the funding I m not impressed with I was approved by the funding team yesterday at 1 30pm was told funding would take 1-2 hours then when I did not get the money I messaged back and they said it would be there by morning it s now the next day and still haven t received anything I have tried contacting them and no answer as of yet Just wish their funding was faster and that their team was more informed about when the funding will actually take place

Loan don t make sense you apply for
It took too long to go through I did do it on a Sunday which I know will take longer for that but it still took over 40 hours for a decision and fund received

Loan don t make sense you apply for loan at this place you apply for 870 you get 600 telling you some garbage but yet still you have to pay back the 900

I was shocked when I saw the 1st two payments due for a 500 reloan Interest rate seems higher than the last loan I applied for I pretty much need to keep this reload in my account just to make those 1st two payments Honestly I m not a happy customer right now

Asked to cancel my loan as I did not
I ve used 24 cash for the past few years but can say without hesitation the customer service and reliability has depreciated I applied for my previous loan on a Thursday morning before the Christmas weekend but that still gave Thursday and Friday for me to at least hear back from somebody given the fact they are closed on Saturday Sunday Unfortunately I never heard from anybody until the following Tuesday morning at 815am telling me I was approved in my loan will be in my account by the end of the day Its now after midnight and I have not received my funds and it s been 16 hours I can understand being busy but a company with such high surety fees and interest rates could at least inform their clients of delays or potential mishaps I received neither I was in need of the funds this evening and never received them This will be my last loan with this company

Asked to cancel my loan as I did not want it They were charging me 225 fee for a 500 loan They had also sent funds to the wrong account I requested this be voided as I did not want it and instead of listening they said they re sent it to the right account and completely ignored my requests to cancel and replied only saying don t worry we sent to again to the right account now They have now told me they will cancel if I re-send funds when recieved Have done this and emailed them advising They said they would send written confirmation it is cancelled and still haven t received any response yet they accepted the e transfer They also force you to sign a contract without any decision to make you not fully read it

Huge Lapse in Communication
Im a returning customer I do appreciate the loans Not a fan of the surety fee but i guess its part of the deal However the deal is if applied before 1 30pm on a weekday the funds will arrive same day I did it around 10 30am only to get a phone call around 6pm saying its approved but can only be deposited on monday I expressed my disappointment The representative just kep apologizing without offering any rectification I expressed that this isnt a problem on my end but a fault of 24cash for failing to meet their standards The reps demeanor changed and simply said we can cancel the application What kind of response is that Becuase the customer is disappointed and wants some form of recifying remuneration you immediately discard them
