Ordered business cards they missed the

Ordered business cards they missed the promised delivery slot and before that trying to find out when they would be delivered was hard When they did turn up they left the i off Dubai even though it was on the approved proof So cards unusable and they have failed to respond with a solution or refund Terrible customer service not a problem to make a mistake if you put it right

Unprofessional work

First of all they delivered the product stickers like some unfinished work second of all all colors are very bad and not true to the colors from the artwork that were submitted hence called them again to fix the issue that they made but they asked for another payment for the mistake they made after all when they deliver the 2nd stickers i dont know what has been fixed cause there were no difference unprofessional at its best for how they handle their work for not resolving the mistake they made and for making the their costumer double-paying for their mistake

Unprofessional I made my boxe with this company communication problem The d signer almost made 6 to 7 times mistake for writing It was just to copy letters I say myself it s ok Some days after I made user guide 100 pcs and 20 of them were not useable I mention that the quality of paper was good To work with 64sec you have to be behind them and sometime dl their job

We are extremely disappointed with 64sec After approving their quote and paying the deposit they suddenly increased the price by 60 due to their own mistake in calculating the cost forcing us to cancel the order Despite their error they have not prioritized resolving the issue Even after canceling three weeks ago our refund remains unprocessed which has been truly frustrating Because of their negligence we missed an important deadline to deliver corporate gifts to our clients on the timeline It was a disappointing experience marked by unprofessionalism incompetence and lack of accountability
