Don t have my package yet and I ordered

Terrible I would not recommend 8mart They agreed to send me a shoe size 9D but instead sent me a size 9E which was not our agreement or contract When I attempted to explain their error they refused to listen to my concerns even though I sent screenshots of their proposal and the product they sent me which were different I am wholly disappointed with their service They refuse to be accountable for their error Edit - 8Mart has now responded with slanderous response to my review - calling my purchase suspicious I live in Canada but use a US shipping address company for all international and US purchases That is my convenience and my right and totally reasonable The name on the credit card and shipping address were the same so there is little merit to silly argument Rather than account for their error they are attacking me personally Their proposal clearly stated size 9D They sent me size 9E - that is their breach of our agreement 8Mart purports to provide a service to foreign customers making purchases in Japan Customers who do not speak Japanese and who rely on 8Mart 8Mart cannot be trusted Edit 2 - Responding to 8mart s two questions 1 Yes - my the URL clearly stated 9D But more importantly your proposal to me said 9D The contract was for 9D 8mart did not fulfill the language of their contract 2 I am happy to show you the shipping information confirming the shoes were sent from my shipping address in Florida to my home in Vancouver Question - Can you please have a manager or supervisor contact me to discuss returning the shoes You did not fullfill the language of your own proposal Are you disputing that the proposal which I sent a screenshot of to you clearly stated 9D PPS 3 - You did not fullfill the order You sent me a proposal for 9D Then you delivered a 9E You breached our agreement The fact that your supervisor or manager will not reach out to me and you are only responding on Trustpilot tells future buyers everything they need to know about 8mart Do not buy from 8mart They are crooks This thread rather than taking action to assist a customer is everything you need to know about this company

Ridiculous

My friend recommend your company to me on my first purchase I placed a same order as my friend She got extra gift from seller my one has nothing My order from ONE seller only your staff opened my box I got a very large box with 30 empty like your company mix my order with other It s fine But your staff should change a smaller box to reduce my postage charge Okay fine On my second order I receive a product from seller which is damage not able to charge an electronic product It is big problem I ask to get an invoice for warranty Your staff keep saying they will not help on maintenance I didn t ask to help for maintenance Just wanna get an invoice for warranty I understand it may cause other problem to send me the invoice But your staff is really ridiculous The staff said the only way to solve which is help me to buy again Will your company bear all the charges It is so funny right

Order delayed for MONTHS

I preordered an itemIn February it was supposed to be released in July I contacted 8mart about my order in mid-July and they told me it hasn t been shipped to them Now it s September and they told me they still haven t gotten it That s just ridiculous I don t think they ever placed my order to begin with They refused to give me a refund DO NOT BUY FROM 8mart UPDATE The item I ordered is from JAPAN not China Why would it have to go through China I tried logging to my account again to read their message and the page said my account was suspended due to suspicious activity I only made ONE order with them and I didn t even get it I ll be happy to provided the screenshots as evidence DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE If they were a good and honest place they would have clear answers and not try to suppress evidence UPDATE part 2 Instead of trying to communicate like a responsible business they re on trustpilot claiming that I m reviewing the wrong domain I have more than enough emails from them This is not a good look 8mart jp

Absolutely under no circumstances

Update in response 10 10 2022 I violated your terms I purchased an item that was described as working and fully functional The item arrived not functioning as stated That is called false advertising I also purchased extra packaging for the order to protect the item which was not included Seems like you just aren t willing to be held responsible for being a Proxy server and allowing people to falsely represent items for sale Guess I ll be contacting my bank for this fraudulent service Absolutely under no circumstances should you use this service I ordered an item recently and it came damaged and not as described I also asked for extra packaging so that the item could arrive safely and that did not happen When I brought this to their attention instead of fixing the problem or giving me at least a partial refund they suspended my account Excuse me I never complain but this in unacceptable and I cannot recommend them Now I m stuck with something that is non-operational and out over 60 US dollars Don t buy from them they will scam you out of money

Ive tried purchasing from mercari but it always goes to sold out even before they secured it 1st try they refunded me successfully and no special service fee The 2nd time I gave them a chance to maybe they can still be great but turns out not I asked them if my order was able purchase since its already sold out on the mercari site but they asked me if im willing to pay for special service fee of 300 AFTER PAYING JUST ONE SECOND I RECEIVED A EMAIL THAT PURCHASE WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL BECAUSE ITS ALREADY SOLD OUT UP UNTIL NOW REFUND HASNT BEEN MADE IM STILL WAITING UNLIKE THE 1ST TIME REFUND IT WAS QUITE QUICK In conclusion for stress free proxy service dont use 8mart they are scam No refund and they taken my 300 yen out for SPECIAL SERVICE FEE which at 1st transaction was never been made

Card Decline

I am actually super mad about this 8mart declines my card and my dad s card Yesyes you may say it s the bank s fault but it is 100 not Got so much cash in it and I am able to purchase on other websites and it is perfectly fine I thought it was only my problem until I asked my dad to help me pay and his got declined too Basically 8mart had banned me from buying goods for no reason whatsoever Is it because I made a review before criticizing their slow services I don t know but I am severely disappointed

SCAM SCAM Terrible customer service spent hundreds of pounds with this company to then tell me I can no longer bid but only buy items at buyout price because they don t earn anything when I lose a auction they were also very rude do not use this service avoid at all costs Scam company they only want to earn a commission and don t care about customers
