great service

my items were bought quite fast and they were very responsive i think the fees are pretty reasonable compared to other proxies i ve looked at but i cant say for sure because this is my first time using one my items were packaged well even without paying extra fees to do so definitely check the taxes or custom fees you ll have to pay on top of shipping in your country though i will probably buy from 8mart again in the future

I m trying not to review every time I get an order just because I ll be here basically once or twice a month But 8mart continues to meet my expectations The staff are on top of things and great at being in contact with sellers about different things and I m very appreciative of that They continue to pack things in a compact manner This saves me money and when I have to pick up the package from a holding center it is easy for me to carry home

This is my second time ordering through using 8mart and I am and will be a returning customer of theirs The fees are great due wish they were a little less but not bad They always ship my orders very well and will send reminders about needing to ship my order I also appreciate when shipping they take extra precautions like needing a signature with my package so they can ensure it was delivered and signed

I have ordered multiple times from 8mart over about 2 years Service is good and any queries are replied promptly Delivery is reliable and prices are reasonable since you can choose from multiple delivery options Had one incident where the item I wanted sold out but I was informed shortly and I received the full refund within a few days Will definitely continue to order from 8mart

First time using 8mart it has been a pleasant experience thus far While currently 8mart charges 500yen per item they help to procure and remind sellers store check and ship items in good order I also appreciate their post-order customer service via their business WhatsApp line All the refunds from the cancelled items by sellers have come through as well It is one avenue where folks like us out of Japan can tap on to purchase items that may not be easily available elsewhere
