Normally very reliable service However recently ordered and when it didn t arrive when promised had to contact courier early evening They rang driver who supposedly said he was on his way later that evening and would ring me Didn t turn up and no contact at all So followed up with the courier the following day Saturday They said couldn t deliver till Monday no explanation given as to poor service Not great at all Still Waiting

Placed an order for delivery Parcel was delivered to the wrong address Called them a number of times to resolve it amicably so we can get out order delivered to the correct address but the customer service teams behaviour and attitude was absolutely disgusting They told me it wasn t our fault the courier delivered to the wrong address What do you want us to do Was left gobsmacked at their attitude Stay away not worth The hassle

The delivery was awful What was supposed to be a next day delivery was actually a next week delivery

Place my order Friday morning paid for next day Saturday delivery what a waste of money order didn t get delivered till Tuesday If I had known that I wouldn t have paid for special delivery as my order was over 50 and qualified for free delivery meaning that it would have been delivered Tuesday for nothing Very poor service

I made an order next day delivery from this company on Monday today is Thursday and I did not receive any thing I had to close my shop 2 days because they didn t deliver my coffee and my staff

Worst company ever Placed an order with expected next day delivery I was informed it would be delivered on the 25th it s now the 29th Spoke to Steven over email who is apparently the manager All I asked for was a refund for the delivery charge I had to ask twice and on both occasions my request was completely ignored and no response provided in regards to this Rude ignorant and sarcastic Contacted them by phone to try and get a resolution and the staff are the same No wonder being managed by him Avoid They do not value customers Extremely disappointed with the service Update Steven is the director he has since emailed me saying Dear angry customer he s contacting the courier to cancel my order and wishes me a fabulous day Point blank the most rude and horrible businessman I ve ever had dealings with Avoid like the plague

A1 Coffee have been badly let down by their delivery agent DPD Local My goods were shipped within 24 hours of my order being placed which is good but scarcely difficult to achieve Since then I have received several communications from DPD Local on successive days notifying me that delivery is to be made on the day in question but no attempt at delivery has yet been made As a result I have wasted a good deal of time waiting in for delivery to be made and still do not have the goods I have paid for That is not so good A1 Coffee are accountable for their agents failings and will lose custom if performance does not improve

Their Luxury frappe powder is a disaster There is nothing luxury about it We bought 6 kilos and had to bin the lot It turns into sticky marshmallow like rubbish that can t be sucked through an 8mm smoothie straw It s not good for milkshakes or frappes Other products have been ok but losing this amount of Money because they chose to advertise junk they developed themselves as a luxury drink - 0-1 stars is what you get for that

Been a wholesale coustemer for a few years now Unfortunately coustemer service today was so terrible I will never buy from them again Sent some ice drinks cups that I have bought from them a few times before This time the lids didn t fit the cups Instead of just sending them back They argued with me that I don t know how to use them I m sure the guy in the office makes Ice drinks every day

AVOID-Absolutely disgusting customer service false advertising of products not rectifying issues Changing descriptions to avoid paypal claims Refusing return postage costs even though product was not as described
