Not genuine products

I have never received such appalling customer service Selling NONE Motta products as genuine Motta products Rude from the start of the conversation and tried to dismiss the fact of what they were doing Avoid Avoid Avoid

Very poor service

This company seems to offer products that they don t actually have available they then phone you up telling you a pack of lies about how the supplier is out of stock and that they do have them on order which clearly isn t true I spoke to a member of staff who told me a manager would be calling me back which never happened and when I called in to ask why this was the case I was just given a load of excuses I then asked to speak to the owner who was clearly there as I heard them speak only to be told that I had to write an email rather than them having the decency to sort out the issues I am currently still waiting for a refund

I was very disappointed

I was very disappointed The use by date was VERY poor only one motnh I have been buying these millks from suppliers for years and usually the date has been at least 3 months ahead When I phoned to complain I was met with indifference

I payed 6- 8 for next day delivery and

I payed 6- 8 for next day delivery and when given an estimated date of the next day for delivery it was changed last minute and was told it was due to covid I would of payed for standard delivery however this was not an option for some reason How can you get something the next day but you can t get it over 3 days I feel like the issue was with time management and nothing to do with covid and that it has just been used as an excuse I have had no issues with any over companies with next day delivery so don t see why covid has affected your ability to deliver next day all of a sudden

Bad website unhelpful customer service

Placed an order which included 10oz Lavazza takeaway cups No lids for 10oz were available on the same page which by the way included everything from 4oz 8oz and 12oz So presume it came with it Order arrived no lids Rang customer service very unhelpful To get the lids have to order again and also pay for the delivery charges which were twice the price of the lids Not happy and wouldn t use them again Bad layout of website and unwillingness to solve a problem

Awful customer service

We ordered two items for an event we were holding in the following couple of days The order was paid for but we were then contacted to say that one item was broken and because of this they were cancelling the entire order This left us without the main item we needed We asked why they were cancelling the entire order and were told they could send the other item but that we d have to pay for full postage We queried why they couldn t just honour the original order minus the broken flag as it wasn t our fault and we were ignored Terrible customer service and stock quality control

The worst customer services ever

The worst customer services ever Waited 9 days for a next day delivery with no one communicating with us Us calling almost everyday They had no idea what happened No excuses and invoice as it is Sent and email to complain and still no reply after 4 days

Booked order online for next day delivery which was later cancelled due to out of stock items even though the items was showing available in stock at the time of order You need to have better software to update stocks in a realtime and improve customer service who rely on you

I ordered an item on Friday at everything time to get it before 12 00 on Saturday and I really needed that I received confirmation about the order and I was waiting and waiting until 12 00 on Saturday but nothing happened and I had to go to get the item But you called me on Monday which was too late and I wasted my all day Your should tell the costumers that you can t take orders for After 5pm on Friday

Customer service was disgusting

Customer service was disgusting cups leaked so returned to be told they tested and didn t leak I guess my staff and customers got it wrong clearly we do not agree I must have nothing better to do than send back cups we had printed for something to do to be questioned about leaking cups I find ridiculous the bottoms fell out great company until you have a problem then they are beyond rude I wouldn t recommend at all and no one wants takeaway cups that the bottoms drop out when they get hot
