As it said A1 service

Product is well priced however customer service is very poor 8 27 is charged for Premium Next Business Day delivery cheapest option After being notified that the parcel had been shipped I had heard nothing by 16 47 of the next business day I emailed A1 Coffee to check and it was confirmed that the parcel would be delivered that day Nothing was delivered Next day the day after next business day text notified of approximate delivery time 10 09 -12 09 I had to cancel lunchtime plans as no sign of delivery at 12 09 and no way of finding out actual delivery time Package eventually delivered at 13 42 I notified A1 Coffee of my disappointment by email No reply The next day I re-sent the complaint email with a covering message I received a reply which stated that they hadn t replied to the previous email as they read it as me informing them of the situation and I hadn t asked for any information I then replied stating that an apology would have been nice More than 24 hours later there has been no response never mind an apology I could have possibly forgiven the shoddy delivery service these are strange times had there been a believable explanation and a genuine apology Consequently due to non-existent customer service I would not recommend this company

I have been trying to get a new loyalty card for the last two months both at Torquay and Paignton - not a happy bunny at all

I put in an order with A1 coffee and when I needed help the people on the telephone were very helpful The order arrived the next day but despite it clearly stating the 2nd floor on the delivery address the delivery man came upstairs to our offices told one of our staff that he had to sign for the goods unseen that he d left downstairs in a public access area as he wasn t allowed to carry the box upstairs I rang A1 to complaint and was promised a phone call back but have to date not received one I have an immense dislike for companies who are quick to help and polite when they are taking your monies but change completely when they have it and there is a problem It is such a shame since whenever we have had a delivery form A1 ALL the drivers have always delivered to our 2nd floor It begs the question as to WHY the drives take a job which presumably they are paid for then refuses to do it If you do not carry to the 2nd floor then DON T take the job

Coffee maid capsules very good but orders 10 boxes in September I use one box every month but the must use date was December So 7 boxes will be out of date when I need them

I placed the order and paid but was then e-mailed to say out of stock and not knowing if the item would be available again Hope the refund was return as quick as the payment taken

sent wrong product and then collected and made new delivery on separate days so had to sit in on 3 separate days to get a few tea bags promised return phone call with update never took place

Our order included individual pots of UHT Long-life milk What was delivered was almost out of date When queried it was however replaced with in-date product without further problem just the hassle of raising the problem in the first place

So I don t normally leave reviews for suppliers but on this occasion I ve made an exception I recently ordered all 4 flavours of the Simply milkshake powder as we had just popped milkshakes on our menu The shake was so gelatinous and thick in a really bad way almost made me vom Had various complaints from parents who had bought them for their children which made us look bad needless to say we apologised and refunded them We have had to remove them from the menu and bin the mix as every single way we tried to make it up to a decent consistency failed If you want a good quality shake that you would be confident to sell don t purchase this one

This is the second time I order from A1 Coffee twict some of the product was out of stock Delivery service is horrible I received part of the order after 5 days and still waiting for the remaining order to arrive I don t think will order from them again
