Hot chocolate exchange

Ordered coffee and hot chocolate hot chocolate machine stopped working so asked for an exchange this was refused a alternative of posting the product back and 25 rebate was offered I felt this was exploitation I was never after a rebate just exchange for a product I could sell

Disappointed didn t help sort out me issues

Spoke directly with A1 about delivering some cups - based on discussion was expecting next day delivery - Thursday made sure I was in for delivery - it transpired that they didn t send out for next day but the Friday day after This meant I had to re-arrange another whole day I asked if they could make sure it came before 12 00 so I could at least book appointment for the afternoon They said this was a cost of 2 50 VAT but they weren t prepared to pay for it I found this very disappointing total lack of customer service

Having to open an account by printing a form signing it scanning it and emailing back Asking for a copy of our business letter head and providing a fax number Its 2017 not 1987 I also provided my email as a correspondance for the purchase not to be sent 5 emails asking me to complete a customer review Thats spam in my book

I still didn t received the products It should have delivered on Monday and I rearranged to be delivery on Wednesday But nothing came in It has been about 10 days since I ordered online I tried to contact delivery company but they don t replyCould you be able to check for me please v

We were told when we ordered that our delivery will be there the next day The next day we never received it We had to chase as we were not even told that the delivery won t happen The following day we were told that we will be delivered between 2pm and 4pm At 4 30pm still no delivery and once again nobody had the courtesy to let us know so we had once again to chase Finally got it in the evening Very poor customer service

They have sent different version of

They have sent different version of item than I have ordered gift set of syrups When inquired they said that apparently manufacturer has updated their sets without them knowing and I have received their latest version The thing is though that their latest version only got 3 months best before date left To sum it all up - wrong item sent but no apology no admitting to a mistake apparently a non issue for them questionable explanation After that no reply to other email I do not recommend

Delivery was timely and the order

Delivery was timely and the order correct The syrups and coffee I have tried are good However in a previous order for which I did not leave a review the rum syrup was obviously a bad lot but A1 Coffee failed to replace it or offer me my money back So I would say if everything in your order is satisfactory then it s 5 star but unfortunately if there is a problem you re on your own and it s your own bad luck

Short shelf life tea leaves a bitter taste

Was excited to use this company for our small self catering mainly due to their range and being able to buy everything in the same place Arrived fast but on inspection one box of clipper tea had 3 months best before date on it These were stock for the year but on contacting A1Coffee they were unable to offer a solution other than us to pay for return postage as they felt that anything over 30 days was acceptable and that the BBE was only a guide in freshness and could still be enjoyed long after This has left a bitter taste in my mouth and as a result I ll reorder this product elsewhere and use another supplier with a better returns policy in the future
