Great service from yourself

Great service from yourselfs not so good from courier they put card through my door with a number 2 on it YES that was it nothing else It wasn t till later that night next door handed parcel in to me Not very pleasant to him either

Good range of products shame about high delivery costs

Great choice of products and so easy to order BUT delivery cost too high ie goods 14 delivery 7 exc VAT Next day delivery is not required by all customers - a choice for standard delivery on small orders at around 2 99 would encourage customers like myself to order again and again

Great products which arrived the next day despite the current situations The only reason I ve scored 4 not 5 is the packaging wasn t very good I ordered three 1lr bottles which came rolling round in a box with no bubble wrap or padding and the weight had ripped the box open as it was only closed with one piece of sellotape Luckily the bottles were plastic so just a bit dented Would definitely order again despite this

No problems with order

Quick next day delivery and no problems with order Everything arrived in good order and I am very happy with the items I ordered Cons Wish they wouldn t use plastic to protect the bottles but maybe paper wine bottle holders Also it would be nice to offer more than one delivery option because 7 delivery is quite steep

Great selection of coffee with new brands introduced regularly However on this occasion my next day delivery took 2 days which is a first Previous orders ordered one day and order arrived the next

A useful pot

Generally happy with my purchase The service was very good prompt delivery etc My only reservations are on the price which is a bit high for a plastic coffee container especially as there is no free postage or even standard postage option

Brilliant service really fast next day delivery left one star off as the shipping is quite expensive so it s best if you order more items apart from that no issues at all
