Do not use
Do not use We booked 2 weeks ahead and paid upfront for the entire journey I even called the office to double check the details on the morning of the booking When the time came the cab never turned up and 6 of us were left stranded Upon calling the office they stated they had nobody to send and couldn t fulfil the booking No refund of even apology offered Disgusting Use any other company or uber do not use these thieves

Do Not Use - Completely Unreliable and don t care
I booked a taxi for a trip to Witham Station to catch a flight from Heathrow Time booked was 6 30 AM At 1 30AM I was sent a cancellation for the booking which almost led to me missing my flight
