Do not trust this Company Stol ikke p AboutYou They do NOT refund your money I have tired to get my money back for a cancelled order I got confirmation of the order cancellation however aboutyou do not return the money The excuses are as below - our systems are down so we so not know when we can return the money after 4 weeks - our finance department will investigate - we need your order and payment information again provided already 4-5 times

Literally the worst company i ever met Their package was sent back to them because DHL did not find the address and after 60 days they still tells me to wait for more than 30 days to get a refund What is more their customer support answering only to 1 out 3 of my emails during a week Get away from this garbage shop as soon as possible

Almost every single time I order there s at least one article that couldn t be sent because it s not available anymore They have a huuuge offer of clothes so it takes a lot of time finding what you re looking for The filtering is not always accurate and makes it even harder It s frustrating when the things you found and ordered won t be sent

I got a fake dress Unfortunately I can t upload photos here to share my very unpleasant surprise The dress was a pink corset dress from the brand Bardot - and what was delivered to me had absolutely nothing in common with the dress that was on the picture in the app It looked like something that I paid two euros for from an obscure webshop

Very bad service I returned the items 2 packages for a month and haven t got refund got refund just one package because the staff did register just one only package I took kontakt med them I have ordernumber and tracking no from postnord to prove that they have got the item they want me to fill the form so I can get the money back They won t give a refund if they have not got my signature my information etc The other boutiques like zalando adidas etc have not done anything like this

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM AVOID AT ALL COST I ordered almost a month ago and I kept following up after not receiving the parcel one week after I ordered which was the indicated time of arrival The last communication with me was two days ago and this was the response They want me to sign a paper A PAPER They pretty much dont want to do the refund it they want their customers who paid instantly to go through this stupid process of signing a form for refund after admitting that my parcel is LOST PLEASE AVOID and this company needs to be SUED Hello thank you for your message I checked the progress of your order and saw that it has obtained a transfer code but at the stage of transport from Germany to Greece it is not possible to track it The delay that exists is obviously due to difficulties in sending your parcel and as a result it has not yet arrived in Greece or possibly the parcel has been lost I assure you that this is not representative of our company and I apologise for the inconvenience I suggest if you wish that I proceed with your refund In order to effect your refund I need you to please complete the attached document below You can either print it out and scan photograph it process it electronically or copy it onto your own white paper and photograph it Then you will need to send it back to me signed I look forward to your reply Sincerely Eleftheria

Wish I had read the review before spending 500 Euro on this site They have messed my parcel as well and wouldn t provide any information beside copy and paste of the same response I don t even know when they will refund the money
