I ordered 2 Bench Haylo sweats since during the sales their price was interesting They were delivered within a week so far so good However looking at their quality I don t think they are originals pockets not at the same lavel on both sides threads hanging I already own one Bench sweat so the difference in quality is huge Be careful when buying at bargain prices

Just ordered a pair of boots 5 minutes ago got an error and no conformation email so tried to order again turns out two orders are in the system with no ability to cancel called customer service and they asked me to try again every few hours I do not work for you please figure out your technical issues without my help

Used to be quick 2 or 3 days and easy to buy and return the items Now it takes 2 weeks to receive the item and more than a month to have a return completed Makes me think they moved to China Also the discounts suck nowadays

I made a payment two times while the internet in Germany is so good and I still don t have the money back for more than a month They want to have more info from the transfer wich I gave it to them and still haven t an answer received

I ordered on 07 09 23 and it should have arrived between 09 09 and 11 09 It came on the 16 09 and was the wrong product I should have received an anthracite hoody but a white zipper jacket arrived instead I then tried to order my size again but it was sold out It could be assumed that the hoody wasn t available so they sent a similar product instead I won t be ordering here again

They work together with different partners and if you have a problem their customer support is really bad with solving the problem I never received items and the item which i received from one partner did i send back but it took them several attempts to solve this issue Really bad costumer service if you have a problem so buyer beware

ABOUT YOU RO When I order online goods in stoc the deliverytime is at some 24 hours mostly 48 hours but max 3 working days Because in stoc don t mean that it is in Germany or China when you go on a online shop in your country at least that is what you think if the site is in Romanian and ro I ordered 6 Dec goods on 9 they said that it left the warehouse in Hamburg and its not registered at the courier on today 12 December They use Fan Courier and the traject is not monitored from the depot but only when it entered Romania on 13 December last Today 14 December it arrived and was 8 days 6 working days on the way You should aspect from such a company more correctness could better buy the goods at a local shop

UPDATE I originally put 1 star because of a bad experience I received a 25 discount code as an apology and my next order came ok in 1 week so I am changing it to 3 stars I ordered 4 pairs of sneakers from your Slovak website aboutyou sk all of them where in stock when I placed and paid order After 2 weeks with no contact I wrote to customer support who just replied that things take more time during corona crisis I thought ok Finally after 2 more weeks I received email that my order was shipped After a couple of more days I received an email where it was stated that one or more items from my order will not be delivered either because they are no longer in stock or there is a mistake with my address I doublechecked address so that was not the issue and I received an email that items were shipped so I thought how come I called customer support who told me that all of my sneakers are undeliverable but they do not know why probably because they are out of stock I would understand if some item was out of stock and there was a mistake but all 4 of them And also swift communication would be appreciated but it took 1 month to receive this info
