I used to like shoping here but the last 2 orders have been a mess First one arrived after 2 weeks but at least it was correct The last one arrived a few days late which is a little more understandable because of the holidays but I received a wrong item If these cases were isolated it would ve been fine but two in a row And now I have to go to a place to send the wrong item back instead of the carrier coming to me Because they messed up I need to take time to drive somewhere no pickup place near me to get my money back Never shopping here again At least the customer service operator was nice and helpful

They allow you to place an order take your money pretend that they were unable to deliver your order then tell you that a refund has been processed but the money never makes it to your account Lost 100 because of this scam company They are just thieves

I bought some items online and first I ordered off ebay and I had to cancel the orders cause they weren t as described in the picture so then the stuff I ordered from Walmart automatically canceled but it s now been past ten business days and they ve pro mmised me the hole time once it s been ten business days the money would be going back into my account which it but still no money Walmart a straight scam

Worst experienxe I ever has shopping I made an order on 9th of December they gve me a tracking number 2 days later that has never been used Tracking shows no results at all I called them several times and they have no idea where my package is and they cannot even estimate when I can get my package One guy even told me that its the shipping company s fault but after all my package is not even sent And they cannot answer when they will send it at all This was supposed to be a Christmas present but they still didn t event sent it STAY AWAY

Honest review here I am not happy with my experience Customer service were kind But they forgot to write my name in the sending info at their storage facility This made the item go all the way to my town but the postal service could not deliver to me when they did not have my name About you got my item in return and i contacted them the very same day They were not able to resend my item I found out about this fault they had made 19 days after ordering the item I found out the very day they got the item in return Then they told me the refund that I had not requested was already processed and therefore they could not resend the item Also on the website the item was sold out so there was no way i could reorder it It was a very disappointing experience they should have a system to check if the customer actually meant to return an item or if it is returned because of the postal service or their own fault

Most absurd experience ever Placed my order a blue jacket received a green one I thought OK this can happen no problem i will ask them to send me the color i ordered and i can return the wrong color directly trough same courier I contacted the call service and they say there is no way i can receive what i ordered It s either what i got or money back How stupid is that I have to return the wrong product to wait for my money to place another order and to hope they will be able to deliver the right product If not to start all over again maybe in a year i will have my product

You should defenately change the shipping partner With hermes packages are delayed the workers come at unappropiate hours days in a row I have asked to have my package taken to a pickup shop and 3 days nothing happened the shop did not have it in my post box there was no sign that hermes even tried to deliever After calling hermes 3 times they finally managed to bring my package in a shop The delievery lasted therefore 1 week and 2 days To mention this is not the first time this happens Would be great if you could switch to DHL Regards Bianca

Seriously I buy sth as a regular customer I go on holidays for Christmas forgetting paying and after 2 weeks I have companies like RatePay Deutscher Inkasso going behind me like a thief to receive an amount of 80 euro with Zinsen ended up to pay 140 euros Never again I am sorry

ABOUT YOU was launched recently in Romania The only reason I give 2 stars not one is that products arrived in a couple of days which was ok unfortunately were not as presented in the pictures and I found out that online return is not working there for I have to waste my time or keep products that are not worth the money Considering the prices they have quality of services and products are both very low
