Simon is great to work with all ways keeps me updated with dates and how the project is going always ready when he says it is Simon really good to get on with and it s a pleasure working with him

Blown away with the service I have received

Due to our landlord selling our house we had to move and fast we looked at so many houses with so many letting agents we came across open rent and I admit I was sceptical and cautious as had never heard of them to be honest so didn t know what to expect Absolutely blown away by how good they have been so far the communication from simon and the landlord is so good and makes it more personal as they forward messages on to the landlord It s 3 days until we move in now and they have gone above and beyond to take the stress out of everything and reassure you and even set you up with a department that will help you switch all your suppliers over and even try find the cheapest suppliers in your area I can not fault them in any way The agents are polite and friendly and professional and if recommend them to anyone

During the 2 years of the property maintained by simon any problems have been corrected as quickly as possible I would have no hesitation in saying that the acom property is the best
