Extremely unprofessional company We found a property through OpenRent which was managed by ACOM Property On the day that we went to view the house we were greeted by Simon who straight off the bat apologised as his son needed a s and was going to do this in one of the house s toilets whilst we viewed the property Unfortunately this meant that we were unable to view one of the bathrooms during the viewing We were very aware that the landlord was looking for someone to move in earlier than we were able to but Simon assured us that he would talk to them and get back to us The day after he contacted us asking what we thought of the property which we said that we really liked but were aware of the issue with the moving-in date He said that he would be in touch A few days later he sent another message saying that he would have an answer for us by the end of the week By the next week we had heard nothing so chased him and he said that he had still not heard anything A few days later we saw that the property had been taken off the market so contacted him again to double-check that our offer had not been accepted His reply to this was that negotiations were still ongoing and to wait After that we heard nothing from him or the company and the property showed up as let on the website Whilst I completely understand that sometimes things fall through I do not think it is professional to keep asking someone to wait for a response when you know that someone else s offer has been accepted Simon s communication throughout was erratic and not what you would expect after reading through the other reviews

Simon was very helpful and prompt in sorting out a problem with the boiler He had an engineer out within 2 hours of us reporting it to him and ended up getting us a new one within a day Very happy with how he goes above and beyond for his tenants

Overall really good there were some problems with the house which were unforeseeable but they responded well and promptly to get them sorted out Not much contact the rest of the time as didn t bother me when it wasn t necessary

I have had the pleasure of working with Simon and his agency for a few months now and I must say that it is one of the few agencies that really cares about the comfort of its tenants If any repairs are needed agency staff respond immediately and ask for good quality materials The tenants I spoke to also praise the contact with the agency and their care I recommend it very much

ACOM started managing my properties in 2021 and have been exemplary Their responsiveness to our tenants is the best we ve experienced and the quality of works provided by their preferred contractors is high class We have had out challenges with damp and damage to our properties and though ACOM s top service out tenants remain happy and we have never lost revenue Celebrity service embodied

Acom helped me touch up my property before letting it They had a builder ready and waiting They also advised me on the latest landlord requirements and certificates You can tell that they are very experienced and will definitely be using them again

Been renting from them for about 8 months The property was in great condition and whenever there have been questions I ve had a response on the same day Any issues raised and there have been very few have been sorted almost immediately Very accommodating to making you feel at home from day one and happy to be here

I cannot recommend this company highly enough Both Simon and Terry are professional approachable and have a wealth of experience and knowledge in property management Nothing is too much trouble and they are always willing to go the extra mile

Can not fault Simon at all as a landlord very quick to respond to any queries or issues quickly gets them resolved If Simon is ever unavailable there is always someone else available to help
