Purchased a ACUVA 2 0 arrow water
Purchased a ACUVA 2 0 arrow water filter system for vehicle I had it professionally installed per company s instructions Pretty simple install not much to it but one less thing for me to do Well unfortunately the UV box started leaking No worries sometimes you get a defective unit it happens hasn t been a year the company will take care of it thru the warranty Well not so much This company has chosen to not stand behind their product They instead with no further inquiry have decided that since the professional installer is not one of their approved installers then their defective product falls out of their warranty So if you install this unit you will have no warranty It s kinda shame on me because I bought this and read some bad reviews about this type of situation and ignored it I guess it says a lot about a product reliability when you have to find several ways to not replace a defective product So if your in the market do some extra research and read those bad reviews On another note for some reason their website will not allow me to give them one star In fact for some crazy reason this product has 61 or so perfect 5 stars only Not a single 4 or 3 star Just weird I wish I would have noticed that before I bought this

I installed an Arrowmax 2 0 in my summer cottage
I installed an Arrowmax 2 0 in my summer cottage and it initially was working fine The second summer the unit was properly winterized The blue LED on the faucet stared intermittently blinking and then finially went out I was able to get customer service to give me a few things to try but no success Since then they are unresponsive to phone calls or texts No assistance at all This unit is too expensive to throw out after 1 months use

What Customer Service
Trying to order a replacement filter Out of stock no other information Over a period of weeks reached out to Acuva via their website three times No response In my opinion poor customer service once they sell you their system
