Brilliant

Every time I have ordered from Albion Pet foods it has been a brilliant experience very easy to deal with and I have always been able to get my orders delivered on my preferred date even when it was the next day great customer service couldn t recommend enough My dog has been on Albion for almost a year now and although a picky eater he never turns his nose up at this food he has never been so happy and healthy - thankyou Albion

In the 7 years we have been buying

In the 7 years we have been buying direct from Albion they have always provided us with first class support and customer service why would we change it especially as both the beagles love the food and we know there is first class ingredients going into each product thank you

Helpful delivey updates

I was kept up to date with when my order would be delivered I appreciated the fact that due to extremely hot weather my order date was moved by one day in order for the dog food to be delivered still completely frozen

Website was really helpful regarding food content and how to work out how much to feed our young lurcher Have gradually introduced the raw diet and Albert is looking fabulous and I think his temperament has changed as well Also once ordered the food was promptly delivered by a very pleasant gentleman who had messaged in advance to arrange the time he would be with us My daughter in Wales is also a customer of albion

Feeding a finicky hound

We have a very pernickety and fickle food-wise old geezer Saluki Greyhound rescue now 14 It has always been very difficult to interest him in food and when he does enjoy something new his taste for it wanes after a week or so He has been eating Albion with relish for a few months now with no sign of losing his taste for it

Top-quality Dog food My dog has never had any allergic reactions or bloating I ve been buying their food products since my pup was 8 weeks old and will continue to do so The ordering process is easy and deliveries are always on time

Always forget to do a review Had nothing but excellent customer service help from day one with Albion Our Dally is allergic to a lot of foods can t have Offal Albion were able to supply us pure lamb mince which he loves looks great on Recently started getting the meaty strip treats which are great too Wouldn t hesitate to recommend

Bowl empty every time

We have a 6 month German shepherd pup the bowl is empty every meal time which is currently twice daily Value for moneyAlbion also extremely helpful when contacting amending orders to be sent sooner and increasing the amount as the pup has grown Delivery always turns up frozen and just have to transfer to the freezer

Win win win

My 5 yr old Retriever has really struggled to recover her sparkle after having a litter of beautiful pups She s had every test that the vet could think of but they revealed nothing A friend suggested changing to Albion raw food and the almost immediate change in her health vitality and mood is astonishing She s playful bouncy and happy again Albion service is exceptional and as an added bonus it actually works out a lot less expensive than Butt nut Box Win win win
