Unreliable delivery date

Rearranged all my commitments to take the delivery as the product needs to be kept frozen and it didn t arrive on the specified date When it did arrive it was delivered by Royal Mail in a standard non-frozen van When I contacted the company they said it was because of the hot weather on that date which I just don t believe If they are so reliant on the weather to ship their products I m surprised they are still in business Certainly I can t keep changing my working life to accommodate the weather or deliveries so unfortunately I won t be ordering from here again

Not very happy

My order was left dumped on the doorstep not very professional and very disappointing normal driver much better

Started feeding my dog Freeflow bought

Sorry but writing as the leaving customer three times I got delivery with missing items in the last 5 months When you order in cooling box arrive without when without- arrive in it

Still waiting for half my order

Started feeding my dog Freeflow bought from a store in Sellinge It s definitely not free flowing Having used the large bags they have just replaced those with smaller weaker bags The food is frozen tightly solid inside and the bag is prone to tearing when I try to break it up The have also effectively put up the price with these smaller bags

Not very happy - bad delivery

Box was not insulated considering you pay 9 99 frozen delivery fee Box was thrown on my doorstep tipped over with items on the floor and box was broken Emailed Albion and still had no reply

Excellent service

The service and delivery time was excellent The correspondence was also very good only negative I didn t receive the 4 shank bones

It wasnt fully frozen when it arrived

It wasnt fully frozen when it arrived this time Now frozen it is quite clumpy and as my dogs will only eat it frozen it doesn t always break up

I know that Albion Meat are

I know that Albion Meat are experiencing problems at the moment My latest order was a disaster I couldn t get the free-flow mince that I usually order In fact it was difficult to find much that was suitable for my dog I have received the full order now but the blocks of mince more like a sausage meat consistency are more difficult to portion out The mackerel are okay but I cannot serve them raw to her - that s a step too far as I m a vegetarian She s not keen on the liver on its own and when I gave her the chicken s necks she looked at me as though I was mad Come back free-flow mince - all is forgiven I should say though that the staff have done everything they can to fulfil orders The drivers have had to make extra deliveries to fulfil orders as products become available and Izzy and I are very grateful

There was no knock at the door

There was no knock at the door no doorbell rung I was in and answered the door earlier to a friend At 12am I looked in the garage and the food was there Thankfully I got it in the freezer before it defrosted

As always a great product but

As always a great product but communication was not good Failed to notify change of delivery despite being told that nothing would change due to bank holidays Could have been a disaster and resulting on the loss of the frozen food if I hadn t called them Not impressed
