The delivery service has deteriorated no notice for delivery goods left without notice

The communication was lacking on this order there was not the normal level of emails telling me when I would receive the order meaning that the order had partially defrosted before I was made aware the order had arrived

I asked for an insulated box as I wasn t going to be home for the delivery and the product was delivered without one fortunately the product wasn t ruined because my son came home early

We have been loyal customers and spend a lot of money on our dogs and cats Albion has moved from Pershore to Bidford This means we have to pay for delivery Given the amount we order this should be free

Use thicker plastic bags to get a 5 star rating

My dog absolutely loves the meat - but I hate the way blood leaks through the thin plastic bags as soon as they defrost Please please please improve your substandard packaging Not only does it leave a mess It s also smelly

Our hounds are always delighted with their Albion evening meal Great product and reasonably priced Only one minor issue the initial delivery was short and had to ask the driver to check but all sorted

The product is good And the delivery arrived exactly the time they said however I think the 10 pounds delivery charge is excessive they now say I requested them urgently and that s why delivery was expensive I did NOT request them urgently

Great service

Easy ordering process excellent service and delivery We have two dogs both on a raw diet one of which will eat almost anything and the other who is a fussy little madam We had mixed results with Albion some flavours she loved others she picked at so we will need to be selective on any future orders

Great products

Great products my dog loves the food Just sorry that due to Covid19 my delivery was left in my doorstep in the sun as unexpectedly the driver was early and I wasn t in Got back 20 mins after he had been but 20 mins before he was due if you see what I mean Would use Albion again
