Excellent service from Tristan

Tristan from Alexander Hall advised me on two occasions regarding a mortgage application as a first-time buyer They were firstly able to secure a mortgage for a purchase on an ex-council flat which I had issues finding a mortgage for with a fee-free broker After this purchase fell through he was able to find a mortgage at the desired terms for a new property without requiring additional broker fees Communication was prompt and very clear throughout

Alexander Hall are a great firm they work very hard to ensure lower rates for customers and beat any rates on the market The always go above and beyond for customers and are always available for all and any questions and are always quick to respond Also reward repeat customers with lower fees I would recommend anyone looking for a mortgage advisor to choose Alexander Hall

Great service and search for best rates

Alexander hall was used by me a second time for my mortgage both in London Excellent service and guidance they will do a checking on your application advise you on the best rates you can cross check them with others and once you decide to go for the mortgage it takes a week to get it The agreement in principle will be on the same day The agent we interacted with was Graeme Lockwood great service available to answer personal questions by email or text

Amazing service

My experience has been excellent In particular Luca my broker was so helpful friendly and took time to ensure that I understood all the terms and conditions Not only this but Luca was helpful with advice on how much to borrow and explained the types of mortgage available to me really clearly - a first time buyer with no clue on mortgages Would highly reccomend At points I thought I would apply by myself without a broker but I think it is worth the price to know that you have got the right mortgage

Cannot recommend Andrew Benjamin enough he s made the whole process of applying to a mortgage super easy for me I will be a first time buyer and he explained the whole process easily to me and made sure to help tailor to what I needed I was planning to get a mortgage straight from the bank but now I m super happy I haven t done that And will be recommending anyone who is looking for a mortgage to reach out to Andrew I ve got a great rate and deal and I truly appreciate all the help and details along the way
