Moazzam Kamruddin was quality

First Time Buyers here Moazzam Kamruddin was my advisor and he was amazing He took the time to talk us through everything and made a confusing and daunting process feel very clear His advice and attention to detail outstanding and he was working late to ensure we could lock-in a deal before rates went up Our income situation was slightly complicated but he made sure it wasn t an issue His service was above-and-beyond offering to set up whatsapp groups for us to share right-move links Always answers the phone Great stuff would recommend to anyone

I had an amazing experience with Alexander Hall as my mortgage advisors Alston my advisor was very supportive throughout the whole process and would help explain anything that I had questions on in a timely manner He was able to obtain my documents liaise with banks solicitors and other vendors in a quick and timely manner and has just made this whole process a lot easier I would 100 recommend

We cannot recommend these people enough We met Patrick through a friend and Patrick has sorted our mortgage multiple times has been on top of EVERYTHING and has always been very clear and explained everything to us He then referred us to Rowan and Svati who have both been awesome sorting out our insurances We have had many calls with them especially Rowan as she was mainly dealing with our live communications and they have been SO patient and tried their best to find the best combination of insurances that suit our needs and budgets They have honestly been amazing and we are definitely continuing with them when we need anything else Great jobs both and thank you very much
