The advice offered was very clear The 250 fee took me by surprise a little as I thought fees were collected from the provider but think that is because I hadn t quite ready all of the small print and it seems a fair price for the service anyway so I was happy to pay

I would definitely recommend this company I am a first time buyer and an immigrant and the prospect of rating bank offers and applying for a mortgage was quite daunting Luckily Mine Ismail did all the legwork for me Apart from sending my documents all I had to do was choose from the options that she presented me Mortgage application can be stress free if you have the right people to help you

Really happy with Alexander Hall and Amalia She found me a great mortgage deal that was significantly better than what I had on the table and worked to my needs Highly recommend Only suggestion for improvement is I could ve had more regular updates Other than that highly recommended thank you

Following advice from family we approached Alexander Hall for our mortgage advice Graeme Lockwood was helpful from start to finish His prompt actions meant that our mortgage was granted within 24 hours of the survey being complete He was available to answer any questions when they arose and kept us up to date throughout the whole process Could not recommend Graeme enough
