They do not accept returns practically As other users also experienced I purchased a pair tried them on and then exchanged it They refused the order stating it was used and attached photos of miniscule use such as a light dusting on the soles Better to buy your shoes from an in person store in your area than buy online The risk is too great if the shoe does not fit as you will not get your money back Other online retailers have more flexible and generous policies and deserve your money better

Next day delivery is a myth

next day delivery turns out to mean 4 days later Update or 3 days later if you accept that drivers do arrive on Sunday Note that I had to contact the company to find out where my product was they did not warn me that a delay had occurred

They promise delivery within 2 days but

long refund good website

free delivery fast and a lot of discounts but bad takes 10 days to get a refund in your account on send shoes and only then you can use that voucher to order new shoes faster and free on other websites So don t order here if you need your shoes fast Otherwise perfect store

Poor advice

I always get my running gear here but am really disappointed with the latest advice I used the Hoka Clifton series for a couple of years already but was disappointed with the last model which showed significant wear of the soles at 850 km I used previous models up to 1100-1200 km and therefore wanted to look at another brand The sales person advised the On Cloudmonster for its durability What a mistake that was Already at 500 km a squeaking noise started water in the sole and now at 720 km the sole is already fully worn I use them approximately 30 offroad and 70 on asphalt Really disappointing advice Thanks for your answer it all makes sense I just wish they gave me the same advice in the shop instead of telling me that On was very durable

Great value for money shoes

Great value for money shoesAs far as I know this website has some of the best deals on shoes here in the Netherlands I managed to get Adidas Ultraboost Lights that retail for 200 for 160 instead which is a bargain Shipping came as advertised in 2 business days although the only gripe I have with that was they handed the shoes to the courier very late at night so I didn t know until early in the morning when my shoes would come The website UI could do with some work as it s a little bit dated and confusing at times but overall good experience with them

Excellent service

I got really surprised when I read some of the negative comments My experience with All4Running was extremely satifying I bought 2 pair of shoes early February They shipped them the day I ordered them or the day after and I received them within 2 working days so they were very reactive Unfortunately after only 30km one of them broke the shoe was with a carbon plate and the carbon plate broke The shoe was obviously defectuous I first called All4Running The person I had on the phone was extremely kind and he advised me to send an E-mail explaining the issue which I did They reacted very fast to the e-mail and asked me to send the shoe back which I also did It took a bit of time between the time I sent back the shoe 23 of feb and when I received the new pair 07 of march but this was not because of All4Running but rather bpost DHL transporter as they received the package only on the 28th of feb I believe I called them on the 3rd of march saying I didn t receive any news at that time I didn t know they received the package only on the 28th of feb and again the person I had on the phone that day was very kind and reactive the day after they shipped the new pair which I received today the 7th of march So overall extremely satisfied of All4Running service and would recommend to anyone
