This website store is a scam They did not provide tracking information and when you go and check on their website you will always get an error our website is experiencing technical difficulties I ve disputed all charges with my credit card company

Mine is the same story you ll read on every other 1-star review No product was ever received after 30 days No email has ever been returned No text message ever returned On hold with customer service for an hour with no answer

I have repeatedly text messaged and emailed this company requesting what the status of my order that was purchased over 21 days ago and yet nothing Friday I was told that I would have my confirmation by either that day or Saturday yet nothing

Bought a pair of OC shoes

Bought a pair of OC shoes Three days later I tried to return them to the store after having a painful experience with my right foot being gouged by the sewing defect in the back of the heel When I tried to return them I was told there was nothing they could do to remedy the problem since I wore them How do you decipher discomfort unless they re worn I had to pay a membership fee to exchange the shoes which should not be required in the first place This is bogus I will never return and I will tell my friends

Ordered shoes OOS no refund

Ordered shoes on 12 28 23 They at least emailed me to say they were out of stock and asked if I would like a different pair or a refund I immediately asked for a refund Then I heard nothing for over a week I followed up to ask for confirmation of a refund and another week went by without a response I just issued a dispute with my CC company to get my money back Horrible customer service Their website still lists the shoes in stock

Terrible really non existing customer service for online orders Ive chased them for weeks via phone text email and they never answer Paid for express shipping to my house and they shipped to a store far from me The only reason I was able to find out if because the store manager called and asked if that order was mine Store manager by the way was great and went out of his way to get me my shoes Once I opened my order I noticed they shipped the wrong size I verified my order and it is indeed correct Will never buy again from them

DO NOT BUY FROM Fit2Run All of the below reviews are true I placed an order on 11 28 and have still not received it on 12 11 I ve called customer service and sat on hold for 30 minutes twice texted their customer service per their website instructions with no response after 3 texts emailed 2 support emails with no replies and finally drove to my local store in Palm Beach Gardens and spoke with the manager who tried to help me and after waiting 3 days she could not get through to her company either for an update I am going to dispute through my credit card company now and will make sure I tell everyone I know to avoid these crooks at all cost

I m pretty sure any good review are fake ones Our order was cancelled and still charged like many others have stated Can t get in touch with anyone We just disputed the charges Save yourself the headache and avoid ordering from this site If it s too good to be true it probably is It has to be a scam because surely customer service could not be this terrible if it was legit
