Scam and a half I placed an order for medications online and it was immediately canceled without a warning Their customer service doesn t answer your e-mails I spoke to a manager on Whatsapp and he told me their website has incorrect prices and I have to place another order and to pay about five times more Inspite of the cancellation they didn t forget to charge my credit card and the charge was for groceries which they do not even sell and under a different merchant name It took over two months to get my money back with my credit card and BBB involved 12 12 24 update Do not tell me what words to choose and stop lying Information about a purchase comes to the bank from the sellers not buyers Also I didn t choose a shipping method it was done on your website automatically I do have scans of the Watsapp chat and the order page on my account which you quickly removed as soon as my bank has contacted you Your response to them was The charge is valid there was no promise for the refund in seven days SCAMMERS

Absolutely awful if they are a real company I d be very surprised do not waste your time or money

No delivery and no response to enquiries so be careful with this companyThe company responded here but not directly I fail to see how this review is vague - it states the fact you failed to deliver my order and that you failed to respond to my emails More than happy to provide the order number should you get in touch Yes you are correct - not everything is fun when ordering from this company

Absolutely the worst customer service I ve ever experienced I ordered some aftershave in October last year a month passed and still no sign of it so I decided to contact them After initial contact they never replied for a month after multiple attempts they finally said that they re holding the item as it costs more in the US so they want an extra 100 even after I ve already paid the amount stated on the website After back and forth for another month I tried several times to get a refund but they continued to ignore me so I had to go through my bank to get a refund and they re try to dispute it Avoid at all costs absolute sham of a company
