Lucy at the Stockport branch guided me and my daughter through the process of buying a complete school uniform and PE kit She had all the school information and the uniform to hand and was super-helpful in finding the right sizes of blazer shirt skirt etc I was anticipating a traumatic and challenging visit- but Lucy made it all positive and supportive and my daughter emerged with all her uniform packed and folded expertly within a 25 minute window from start to finish Thank you

I had an excellent service at the monk house yesterday The workers were very helpful and kind to me as I was struggling to find a blazer for my granddaughter They helped me find the perfect size in a short amount of time and they were very courteous and polite to me Definitely will be going back an excellent experience
