Ordered a Profitec Pro400 coffee machine from Alternative Brewing easy transaction excellent support The machine arrived excellently packaged and was quick to set up Beautiful German engineering easy to customise settings with the external brew pressure adjustment and temperature selector switch The only thing I can t get used to is the 2-hole steam tip so will change this to a 3-hole A great coffee machine

Fellow Raven Tea Kettle is great

the service was excellent - post arrived quickly the product perfectly meets my needs This kettle is beautiful - in design function and ease I was looking for something to make a larger serve of chai for the fam on weekends and this has been perfect So far no difficulty with the small holes in the tea caddy I was worried they d get clogged or mucky from the milk but I ve been sure to wash it immediately It s perfect with other teas and I m glad to have it It has even saved me when I had lent my electric kettle to a mate in need
