Really happy with Amazon customer service I ordered a book this week and they informed the delivery would happen on Wednesday by 8 00 pm On Wednesday I received a notification saying the delivery was running late The book was delivery the next day and I would say the delay was mostly caused by customs clearance Woke up this morning to a voucher refunding my delivery fee that I can use to purchase another item I didn t ask for it but they were pro-active Quick and good service of a company that values their customers This is one of the reasons why they are market leaders on what they do Amazon com au

Great one stop shop

After a slow beginning the Australian site has come a long way and it is now as good as the American site albeit with a smaller range of products As a Prime Member I find the prices on the Australian site very competitive with the American site as I don t pay postage on most items The packaging and delivery is fantastic and I ve been perfectly happy with every item ordered and delivered from my bathroom sink from America to my kitchen gadgets locally
