I contacted Amazon to ask for a receipt for something belonging to a friend who has died They had already provided me with a USB showing activity on the account once I sent the necessary documents One company wete not satisfied with this information and asked for an invoice I sent an email this afternoon Within an hour a gentleman called Stephen phoned to tell me he was looking into the matter About half an hour later I received an email from him to say the invoice would be sent to me by post I was delighted with the service I received Susan Phillips

A redeeming experience

I just had what I would have to call a redeeming experience with Amazon customer service Having ordered a bucket of honey only for it to burst in transit and be deemed undeliverable and for the replacement to do exactly the same I was not at all happy with Amazon fulfillment and their inability to correctly package things I waited more than 14 days for a refund and it didn t come However I used the customer service call me function at 6pm and got through to a human within 2 minutes Mind blowing in this day and age Very polite very helpful decent sense of humour Refund processed Well done that customer service agent You deserve a raise

Been an Amazon prime customer for years I genuinely think Amazon is amazing It s a Sunday evening you ve forgotten someone s birthday you can order a gift in a gift bag with a personalised note delivered by 1pm the next day The customer service is second to none Easily deal with issues over chat immediately never any wait times Returns are so easy and quick Delivery is the only thing that can be a bit off but that s down to outside companies they use which vary to location 5 stars all day long

Excellent customer service today

I am so impressed with the customer service I received today I duplicated an order and purchased a download game instead of the physical DVD I wanted my son to open Christmas day Twice I have had to request a call back from Amazon and on both occasions they were polite and helpful and were able to resolve my issue quickly there was no waiting for the call it was instant I hope this customer service level continues - Well done Amazon UK

Well I must say Mr Bezos your companies ordering process and customer service is second to none my friend Pleasure handing you all the money for goods needed by my family I had my first issue today and it was handled within 5 minutes by a slick online BOT then customer services agent Please get Vodafone to use whichever platform you use as thier sucks Keep it up

I ve been using Amazon for many years and am happy with their service They usually deliver on time If something needs to be returned there are many options of how to do it There are many options on their website Of course there are some issues as generally in online shopping of some reviews being fake but generally Amazon is one of the most reliable online vendors

Been buying from Amazon for many years now Admittedly you get the odd problem but this happens everywhere I have found during these years that their customer service has been first class It could i admit be easier to speak to someone when you do i have always professional service

Do you NOT buy anything from these Amazon it is flooded with cheap chinese products that will fall to pieces and when you try and reach out to amazon they have zero customer service Also amazon do not even bother to answer frustrated customers here on trustpilot so they obviously no what they are doing and not interested
