I purchase so much on Amazon from Kleenex to dog food to you name it that there are bound to be issues and realistically I understand that I typically have few issues but the ones that do come up are shipping which has nothing to do with the delivery service and not Amazon if there is a delay I do receive a notification there have been times when I have ordered something that broke or was not as I expected and I was going to arrange to return it and I have been refunded or had a replacement sent out They respond quickly and thoughtfully I only wish there was a greater selection of products in Canada I am addicted and tell everyone about amazon

Perhaps some products dont measure up or are poor quality but Amazon are great at fixing their sellers and their own mistakes and that is why i always shop with them even after the few bad experiences i have had They give me discounts one day delivery instant video unlimited books free games and student benefits Amazon pretty much have the market place by the boys lol how can any other company compete i like your style Amazon UK I am a very critical customer i keep them on their toes but i figure all my feedback and complaints are helping to improve things i almost kind of work for Amazon UK Thanks Amazon UK

I love Amazon it is so convenient to order stuff and they are very reliable and professional Once a shipment from China never arrived and after contacting the seller three times and not receiving a response over several days I escalated the issue to Amazon itself Within three hours I had received a full refund Talk about customer service I will certainly continue to purchase online using Amazon Edit Another seller had used a misleading product description and after not receiving a seller reply within two business days again I escalated the issue to Amazon and they are issuing my debit card with a refund Fantastic service

I really wish I could convert my Amazon com Gift Card balance to Amazon ca and use my Gift Cards across the sites Other than that I always had a great and wonderful experience with Amazon the support reps are fantastic and understanding
