Their customer service is exceptional very fast and helpful I am a regular buyer from Amazon de I live in Denmark and even when I had some issues with the products I ordered - mostly issues with the products being damaged at delivery they were very fast at solving the issues in my favour I recommend this company to anyone who likes online shopping and great deals

I have been very happy to shop here

In short I m a very loyal Amazon de customer and order almost ever month at least one time So far I did not have any problems at all Shipping to Austria works perfectly fine and every package has so far arrived even before the actual period of arrival began One time the seller contacted me directly on my phone number regarding my order and we talked about how we wanted to solve that problem and came to a solution in the end Another time the order didn t arrive and I got all the money back Amazon s customer service is very friendly and helps in an instant

Much better than buying from Danish

I have been very happy to shop here and even when something went wrong they are happy to help and very fast to reply Even in cases where i didn t expect them to be able to help they did so very well I feel safe that even if i or they mess something up there will be a solution that won t cost me any extra money or problems

Trustworthy

Much better than buying from Danish stores tbh I only buy products with amazing reviews because then I m almost guaranteed a good product EDIT Many of the bad reviews seem to be people who are impatient with delivery or don t really get how amazon works Like no You don t get the same kind of service you get from other stores but you get some guaranteed based on reviews high quality products for a fraction of the prize

The best customer-centred company in Germany

So far all the orders have been delivered and when I have had a problem they have responded So from my part I m happy with amazon Deutschland I m located in Sweden so my prime account had to be from a european platform and I picked Deutschland because I can speak german and they have a good selection of products

Good product the shipment was delivered properly

I have never seen any company in Germany which cares about customers so much maybe also Vodafone They both are the models in Germany Germany is a country without any service And these two companies prove that miracles could happen Amazon always solves all my problems without any unnecessary delay and for that I am giving my first 5-star review out Good job Amazon de

Happy customer

The shipment was delivered properly and on time I wanted to checked the state of the delivery for the desk board right after having received the frame to ensure it wasn t forgotten Client support phone email handled by Mr CENARD was really reactive and showed intent to be as helpful as possible They contacted the truck company so I get the tracking code I needed for the board shipment which was delivered the next day As to the product itself it works just as expected

Good service overall

Happy customer There are occasional issues but they react properly and quickly In 2020 I had two packages lost in delivery and one shipment of the wrong item But Amazon de promptly issued me a refund Also with defective item they were quick to accpet the return and issue a refund I put my trust on Amazon

Fantastic

I have placed many orders over the last two years and was always helped promptly if there was an issue I try not to buy from sellers in the marketplace because it is more difficult to get a response But I have escalated things to Amazon support and again was refunded promptly I have not had any bad experience so far
