Normally I m happy with the service

Normally I m happy with the service But read carefully about return postage as it varies with every supplier Many have free returns but also some - do not I ve never had any major issues with Amazon after buying there at least 50 times Prices are often good but not always the best - try using price comparison sites before buying

There are three parts to the Amazon experience The PromiseThe SaleThe Arrival of the Goods Amazon are very successful at the first two but are let down on the third by sometimes using unreliable delivery companies when sending to Italy DPD Bartolini and GLS are good but SDA damage Amazon s credibility

Broad choice slow delivery sometimes very high shipping fees

Broad choice of products but many offered through third parties with very high shipping fees It is not very easy to compare prices due to those shipping fees which are sometimes 50 of more of the product price Due to bad experiences I am only ordering products shipped by Amazon themselves As they have no Belgian website I am using the German one which has translations in Dutch Delivery can be very slow compared to other webshops

Ordered a monitor not in stock

Ordered a monitor but it is not in a warehouse that is suitable for international shipping Now Amazon can t give an estimated delivery date They just ask me for patience Please give me at least an estimate This is the worst experience I ve had with Amazon so far Update after some days I still received the monitor There was confusion about the package and I received a lot of standard replies That was unfortunate On the other hand I had a good discount on Amazon and that s nice Hope they will improve their customer service

mixed feelings

I shopped a lot with Amazon de overall it s a good experience aside from 2 lost packages by the delivery company but the thing that bugs me most is they keep locking my account if I purchase from outside DE or if I change the payement type with security as pretext even with OTP 3 times now and the website will just forward to the main page if you enter your login like if nothing happened very unreliable and annoying system I hate this crap

too slow and not so user-friendly as expected

the shopping part is not easy to use and takes some time to figure out it could use some organizing furthermore it takes weeks before things in stocks get sent and I have a feeling they sell things that are sold out the plus side is the track and trace for when the parcel is going is very precise and that they ship must things to everywhere

Purcahsed Roborock S7 MaxV Plus vacuumer on Amazon de After aproximately half a year of regular use prodact did a good job vacuuming and moping with small glitches product sudenly started displaying internal ERROR 104 and did not want to vacuum or mop anymore Since there is a one year waranty I have contacted manufacturer on their website several times with but no reply was received at all As product is still under varanty I have contacted Amazon for help At first it seems they were helpful and asked me to return the product from UK to given address in Germany No paid label was provided but was advised to send it anyways keep receipt and email it for refund once package is received I have paid GBP111 for return shipping however given Amazon depot address in Dresden was not valid and DHL in Germany was not able to deliver package which is now being returned to me After contacting postal services they have advised that pacakge return will last months if everything is ok with customs clearing on the way back Contacted Amazon and they apologised for giving wrong address and told me to resend it back to a different address when I received it back if ever I am now GBP900 produt price and GBP111 return shipping out of pocket and don t even know when and if ever package with product will be returned Amazon is not willing to do any refunds for return shipping to the wrong address they have provided or product untill same has been received by them There are numerous reports of people returning products from Uk to Dresden in Germany just to be told that delivery can t be made to return address and wasting their money Amazon CS is not willing to pass my complaint to their manager and are giving canned replies that they can t do anything before item is received by them Very bad experience with manuffacturer and Amazon CS POSTED THE ISSUE ON AMAZON DE TWITTER AND THEIR TEAM RESOLVED THE ISSUE PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY AMAZON DE CS SHOULD LEARN FROM THEIR TWITTER SUPPORT COLLEAGUES THANK YOU AMAZON DE TWITTER SUPPORT IT MEANS A LOT

Worst client support ever

I ordered microsd card 512GB for price 32 52 Euro It was discounted I received some absolutely cheap wrong item so I applied to amazon support They told me that can t resend me a correct item but only can do a refund and propose me to place a new order New price for the same item was already 47 82 euro so they said to write them back after receive item and they can do refund price difference I received a correct item for a new price 47 82 euro 5 38 euro for delivery so I spend extra 20 68 euro applied to support again and they told me I m sorry about the misunderstanding and incorrect information that you received The previous correspondence doesn t correctly reflect our current procedures at this time Unfortunately we are unable to grant a price differences in this case They even not grand me refund for delivery Support is really bad They always redirecting to another department and nobody care so get solutions from them its really hard It was my worse shopping experience ever I suggest you to not buy here anything but if you did and got some problem - email messages they simply ignore its only possible to call them or use website chat-support so you must record all your messages because they have no any chat-history its impossible to prove something Very nice strategy amazon to hide all your mistakes the same as in the best traditions of fraudulent stores At least I spend only 20E for this experience for never buy there again I can assume if you have any problems with a return or a guarantee it will be a big headache for you especially if you bought there some expensive one My orders number 302-3552834-9136362302-0660808-5221103Update Suddenly amazon write me back and I got refund with no questions Anyway I hope they improve their quality of support because solvation of this little problem with my order took to much time and nerves
