False delivery dates

False delivery dates had 2 shippments delayed and they didn t even offered to refund the value of the shipping Lesson learned thankfully there s plenty of other stores with better service

Unsuccesful in disabling 2FA for 5 years

I have contacted and paid international phone-fees several times 5 to get access to my amazon com account with digital purchases at least 5 times over the last 5 years Each time the same thing happens After I finally get to a representative who can disable the 2FA from the old phone number it works for 2 weeks to 1 month and then the old phone number is re-enabled as 2FA on the account - completely without any action from my part Amazon doesn t prioritize Account Recovery otherwise there would be steps for customers to follow to disable 2FA indefinetily and regain access to the account This is clearly not a priority however they must assume everyone is creating new accounts - or simpy don t care It is extremely illogical that current account login information is overwritten with old information incl 2FA phone number but this is what happens I can t access any of my digital purchases because amazon keeps locking me out of my account This has never been an issue from my part This is an amazon IT department technical issue relating to the account logins I can t be the only person in the world this happens to but I can only imagine that they are losing business cuz I have avoided amazon in every of my purchases if available elsewhere anytime I d even pay more to avoid amazon because this site is simply broken What I think happens as a qualified software developer is that I think amazon has some legacy software between its site networks that might restore or synchronize an old backup incl 2FA between accounts There is no other logical explanation But what is logical and completely reasonable to understand is that I will avoid amazon at all costs for all purchases Horrible company horrible services horrible customer support Avoid this trap

Huge dissapointment

Amazon de service was a huge dissapointment I ve ordered a computer mouse on 26 November as a part of a multiple item order While eveything else was delivered this one item was late and I was reassured by multiple support agents I just need to wait some more Finally on 3 February more than 2 months later I was advised to cancel my previous order and make na new one With Expedited delivery 11 March was set as guaranteed delivery date On 11 March I received an email that it will be delivered on April 17 while hours before it was stated Today by 8 PM Last week I checked with support and was reassured it will be delivered on time I got back to customer support to find a solution or an alternative item that could get delivered in a week But they could not help me I m an idiot for waiting this long

What a bad experience

What a bad experience I ordered a tablet directly from Amazon Germany and not a third party seller After two weeks of waiting and the shipment still hasn t come out I contacted their customer service It turns out they had no idea where the package was They promised on time that in a day or two I would receive an email explaining where the package is but it didn t happen I finally insisted so a representative checked and saw that the warehouse said it could not deliver the order and that I would cancel the order I expected more from Amazon

AVOID purchasing a TV from Amazon

I ordered a TV though Amazon and one year later my remote control broke down I ordered a new one and 60 days later I am still waiting from Amazon a refund who is saying that Amazon is only liable in the first three months since purchase Amazon asks me to contact the supplier CWShopping Austria who never answers my Emails or telephone calls Bottom line one cannot trust products purchased in Germany through Amazon

Worst customer support I have ever

Worst customer support I have ever dealt with And I ve dealt with a lot of them To sum everything up because the issue was since November 2023 I bought Kindle on Black Friday no discounts In January my funds were reverted no kindle was shipped I contacted CS They told me to re-order it I asked them how can they guarantee it won t happen again After several emails Hans told me that I should order either Kids version an older version or the Signature one I ordered the Signature edition Was charged extra 10 makes no sense Hans promised I ll be refunded an issue on the site A month after and after emailing each other every single day he said he ll make an extra charge of 20 to speed up the shipping After my card was charged next day the Kindle left the warehouse end of January Hans said to contact him after I received it so they can issue a refund of 30 28 Once it arrived I contacted him but my mail was blocked and I was told to start a new conversation Hans reached out to ask me if I want a gift card faster or to refund slower resolution on my bank account I told him to refund me The mail bumped back again saying he cannot receive mails from me anymore middle of February Today end of March I contacted chat support I have been passively chatting for more than one hour always being told to keep still while they get into my issue 6 agents were switched The 6th or 7th agent addressed me in Italian and then closed the chat I didn t even have a chance to ask for help They practically stole 30 from me Doesn t make sense actually Such a big company with such horrible CS I will never buy from them again Horrible

I terrible and wrong return process

I terrible and wrong and maybe illigal return process made by Amazon I Do not know where my package is I refused the delivery by Bring they said it was going back to amazon I read the policy provided by Amazon and there the return and back payment are given But after a month no answer or anything I was forced to independently request a return on the webpage and that automatically deducted shipping cost This is so wrong process and I wil look into this matter in the following weeks Summary now double shipping payment for package a have never handling are changed

Just because I couldn t give 0

Just because I couldn t give 0 I contacted the customer service that apparently has been recently transferred to outsourcing in India for a price match the agent wasn t able to and without my permission cancelled the tv and without even informing me I discovered it by refreshing the page So I contact them back and after 4-5 more agents I finally receive the email that I get 30 eur discount after the new tv gets delivered now I got the new tv delivered today and now they are telling me that it was a lie and the don t want to refund me what promised I got even transferred to 3 agents in german and guess what we are sorry but we cannot give you the money despite it was promised per email IF anyone asks I can provide screenshots and email as proof

Really fed up with customer service

I have purchased the professional seller subscription and still struggling to list our products The customer service all together is very unprofessional incompetent Also unfriendly attitude for example my last chat was rudely cut-off halfway by an associate by the name Yhell I feel like we are wasting our time and money because we keep on paying the subscription there is not channel to escalate the issues those clumsily handle by customer service if somebody from Amazon management see this please contact me on 0045 27690426 I can explain how miserable your customer service are basically they are killing the good name amazon by continuously showing incompetent clumsy attitudes to the world

The worst customer support ever

According to information received from freight carrier my parcel was lost and they instructed to contact seller which in this case is Amazon de After contacting Customer Support for more than 10 times during the last eight weeks the only reply I have got In my experience late packages arrive soon after the estimated delivery date If you have not received your package or a refund by date please contact us back and we can investigate this delivery further Same reply every time no matter what is written to Amazon de Date is typically current date 7 days
