Best customer service I had

I have been using amazon de for deliveries into Denmark regularly for the last 3 years The variety of options is extremely wide as expected Except for one instance all deliveries have been done within the confirmed window and the packages have arrived in good shape The one time when my package was not delivered on time I received limited communication however the fault was on the local package delivery company PostNord Recommended

Greate customer service

I gotta hand it to them As many of the problem as they might be facing politically or whatnot personally-subjectively they always deliver quickly and they have hands down the best customer support I have ever encountered in my life ever Period For that they get 5 stars Sometimes I had some smaller issues which would normally take away from a perfect score but the CS compensates

The best thing since sliced bread

Kundeservice virker up klageligt Several times I encountered an issue over the years and every time customer service worked flawlessly Very polite and full refund easily I recommend amazon de I will say though that I tried many times that the package I received had been opened It used to be as much as half of the packages but it doesn t happen very often anymore I suspect this could be one of the carrier companies handling the packages so it might not be amazon Every time something was missing it was easily corrected by customer service with no questions asked so they still get five stars from me

customer service is the best in the world

I have to order from the German website instead of the UK one because of Brexit but it didn t disappoint Items take a bit longer to get to Ireland but I can live with that Ordered some Christmas presents from them in December Everything great Ordered some more things in January and again no complaints You are told when things will be delivered and you are updated and are always delivered on time Amazon is my go to whenever I need anything especially if it s something out of the ordinary You can get anything you want with the click of a button Amazing

Great read

I purchased the book The Hard Way by Mark Billy Billingham Once I started to read it I couldn t put it down finished it in 2 days absolutely brilliant great insight about a boy becoming a man and what he achieved in his distinguished career Thanks Mark for letting us have a little bit of a look at your life Looking forward to the next one Thanks once again

I have absolutely no idea where all those negative reviews come from I ve been using Amazon de for over 10 years now and NEVER had any issue with them They have always been very pro client I had a lot of refunds and there was one time where I even pruchased a Prime Video Movie by accident Most of my issues were solved by a 5 min chat with one of their support employees and I got my money back asap

No issues but tread carefully

Have bought here a few times No complaints That being said I do always take the precaution of not purchasing before checking reviews especially the ones with images Plus shipping is always SO fast Amazon is a website where basically anyone can sell their stuff so there s bound to be some scammers and shady businesses Do your research and avoid this

I always try to support smaller

I always try to support smaller businesses however I always come back to prime In supporting smaller businesses I have had problems with packages gone missing with waiting months for inquiries before getting my refund damaged during delivery or trying to return unwanted items becoming problematic but Amazon I never have these problems their staff are always friendly and always find a solution in minutes They make it hard for me to shop anywhere else
