The fact AMC isn t available in the UK is a total joke Only available through bt sport which cost 30 a month I don t think so Fear the walking dead was on amazon prime but not anymore and I don t get it So fear tales of the walking dead negan and Maggie daryl Dixon and Rick and michonne none of which I can watch because I m in the UK and AMC want to region lock it Sort it out for godsake

Amc keeps saying not available in yoour region I am in the united states i have to sign out delete and reinstall the app for it to work more often then not It freezes on the loading screen alot It has limited seasons or episodes instead of full series Basically defeats the purpose of the app Im sure there is more i hav not expensive

Terrible customer service
They charged me for an extra year after I d canceled and wouldn t refund me the money I didn t know I still had it and would have gladly kept it had they made more effort to try to keep me as a customer Sadly they didn t care

Terrible customer service
I ordered this for a year for my mom for Christmas in December 2022 I did not realize it would auto renew but it did in December 2023 I went on the website and canceled my subscription I emailed customer service to see if they would refund my money I received a reply explaining how to cancel my service but no answer to my request for a refund so when I replied restating my question they answered that per their refund policy I could not get a refund even though I contacted them 3 days after the auto renew Very poor service

FOR OVER A MONTH
For over a month now AMC has emailed me saying they have moved my problem up will fix it promptly It s more an annoying problem but I pay them a no ads yearly amount so I expect the app to work correctly I cannot save any shows to My Stuff List They keep disappearing I don t know what I had saved for later viewing It happened one afternoon when I deleted a show from My Stuff They all disappeared They told me to reset app reset Roku reset Wi-Fi modem etc I did this 5 or 6 times except factory reset of Roku which would have removed all 50 apps for me to reset I m really upset because this should of be that big of a deal

horrible customer service
horrible service i had a free trial and it would not allow me to cancel it only to change the plan i was on it ended up telling me that if i didnt have the option to cancel then my subscription wasnt active anymore well a week later when i had a small amount in my account it took it i emailed AMC and they continuously refuse to give me a refund because its not their fault and i apparently agreed to the subscription i agreed to a free trial that i never used because theres nothing on there i dont have it seems like AMC is just trying to scam people out of their money 8 99 a month for shows and movies you can get elsewhere and they do not care for their customers they did absolutely nothing to help will never watch anything amc again wish i could give ZERO stars

I thought i could watch all the archived of The walking Dead on their app Couldn t Caught up on a few Dead City and The ones who live but not interested in getting in on the middle of new shows Decided to cancel It s a shame you have to search google and watch videos to try to cancel a service Their website is horrible There is no account gear or easy cancelation Second time I have tried this service and the second time I ve had issues Won t do it again Finally managed to get it canceled fingers crossed by being logged in already and finding a cancelation link from google It says I am canceled though I couldn t get any verification that the thing even knew who I was No name or account number Couldn t even view the bottom of the page where my payment info was

Read Reviews Prior to Subscribing
I purchased a 1 year subscription to AMC in Oct 2023 I was able to use the app for a week seamlessly The next time I tried to log in I received an error code that I was not connected to the internet I was connected I rebooted and tried again The same thing happened I contacted AMC through their website the only option I had and they got back to me via email They told me to uninstall and reinstall and try again I did It didn t work I emailed again they told me to use a different browser I did it didn t help Before I had a chance to respond my ticket was closed I reopened the ticket was told to use a computer or TV to stream Guess what That didn t work either I recently purchased a Firestick decided to give AMC another try Nope - it still says Im not connected to the internet I have many MANY apps that ALL require the internet they all work perfectly I emailed AMC again and told them I wanted a refund of at least half of my payment since I only used it a week and we re now in month 11 I was politely sent a link with instructions on how to unsubscribe This company is horrific
