I bought the striped leather carryon luggage Looks great Rolls like a rusty shopping cart Can t send it back because it was on sale And they re ignoring my emails to customer service asking about a DIY fix Won t be using it for my upcoming trip to Europe and I m not one to rage on social media but I will be discouraging people from buying their luggage

Horrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Products
Horrible customer service and overpriced goods for the quality Big mistake I should have never ordered from them I can t reach anyone on the phone and they don t respond to emails I ordered a gift and it is arriving in three separate shippings and I wanted it to arrive all together in one package I won t use them again and am bummed I didn t read reviews before I purchased

My husband bought me their 2 piece
My husband bought me their 500 2 piece luggage set for Christmas 9 months later and the handle broke and they refuse to fix it even though it states it has a lifetime warranty This is not normal wear and tear- it s a product defect but they refuse to do anything about it Don t spend money on expensive products that don t hold up and have proper customer service to accompany it That s Mark and Graham

Do not order from Mark Graham
- Deceptive pricing online- Sale or shipping codes do not work- Bought luggages worth 900 dollars went on sale 2 days later tried to get the price difference and guess what - company will not honor it The only option they gave me was to return pay for shipping and re-order BUT the fine print says you cannot return personalized monogrammed items WTH

I am not one to normally write reviews but this company is extremely unprofessional I was given an estimated delivery date only to never receive any further communication about it After reaching out to the company I find out my order is delayed another 2 weeks They refused to give a refund or cancel my order Highly unprofessional and will never be a returning customer

I ordered a gift for someone who is speaking at a conference I am hosting I used my company card and my own shipping address so the shipping and billing addresses were different and the order got canceled TWICE I never received a notification on either occasion saying the order was canceled After being on the phone with useless customer service representatives for an hour and a half they transferred me to the editing office where I replaced the order and notes were made saying that the order wasn t fraudulent After my reorder it was canceled for a second time again with no warning I am now a week out from the conference and do not have time to order from anywhere except Amazon I will never shop from this company again Ridiculous

DON T MAKE MY MISTAKE
DO NOT BUY ZERO STARS - don t make the same mistake as I did I read the terrible reviews and thought it could be okay if I triple checked that I understood the return policy research the products and NOT monogram anything so I could return it I did all of this and finally decided to give it a chance because their parent company is William Sonoma But I was very wrong I created a Trustpilot account to share this review because I should have listened to the reviewers here Mark and Graham is a terrible company with predatory practices such as a deceptive return policy dishonest product pages and fine print in the shopping cart that tricks the customer First they lie saying that you can use the website for returns While the items are listed and there is a return button it didn t allow me to select any of the items to return No email or chat function so I had to call When I called the service rep claimed that many of my items were final sale Unlike every other company final sale is not listed on the website product page nor on the order receipt instead it is listed in fine print when you add it to the cart I had to go through the test of adding things into the cart to even see what the service rep was talking about For items that were not final sale 12 would be deducted from every single item to return it This was not listed in the return policy When I tried to work through the issue they kept trying to negotiate with me by violating different rules on their return policy such as trying to give me merchandise credit instead of refund to original payment even though that is the policy The service rep eventually resolved my issue after 50 minutes but I still do not trust that I will get my refund In total I will have spent many extra hours on this order to ensure that I am treated fairly DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME I would have kept many of the products if the return policy was honest and process was easy but because I had to deal with misinformation and dishonesty I decided to return nearly everything I ordered and will never purchase from Mark and Graham nor any other William Sonoma brand

I purchased a beautiful handbag on sale 9 21 23 Within minutes I tried to cancel the order as I found another bag I really wanted on another shopping website I was told by a customer service rep that my purchase was in the midst of a temporary authorization deeming the order incomplete However she did provide my order no and suggested I call back in an hour I called 15 minutes later only to find out that the item was already being shipped Helluva stall tactic y all have lost a return customer

A Horrible Company
An absolutely horrible company This was my very first experience with them I ordered a bag they sent a different patterned bag it was obviously replaced because the other one was sold out and they said that is what I ordered and it cannot be exchanged or returned I NEVER would have ordered that pattern I think they are a terrible company and I will NEVER do business with them again
