Beware UK sellers and those buying bundles
EDIT FOLLOWING RESPONSE FROM AMZ SCOUT I DID in fact communicate my issues to you throughout the time I was subscribed to the tool If you check back you will see back and forth emails between myself and Sam and myself and Mat So that s a complete lie on your part I clearly outlined the problems and you didn t fix them Secondly regardless of whether the promised influencer was Uk based or not an influencer WAS promised as part of the package and you HAVE NOT provided this Therefore you have taken money from me for services not provided None of what you have said in your reply takes away from the fact that your product IS NOT accurate for UK data and in fact it DOES NOT work at all for the UK most of the time The Sellerhook aspect was sloppy as you provided me with keywords for the USA market not the UK And even when you attempted to rectify it it s still not correct If I hadn t had knowledge about keyword data I would have used that listing and it would have been completely inaccurate and my product would have failed The top seller who you partnered with did not provide adequate help what he attempted to provide was embarrassing Watch back his recorded videos if you don t want to take my word for it He had no clue and he provided no support as promised I checked twice before I purchased whether you could help a UK seller and you said yes You falsely took my money And I have also emailed twice about my dissatisfaction and and no one has even bothered to reply to me I will be pursuing a refund through Paypal for your massive mis-selling of a scam product I paid almost 700 for a scam bundle which promised me 3 months use of AMZ Scout Amazon seller learning materials from a top Amazon seller one to one calls with said seller an influencer to promote my product and many other benefits However these either didn t happen or were executed very poorly I was assured the course was for UK sellers but absolutely none of it was UK focussed and the AMZ scout tool doesn t even work for the UK market All of the group meetings were 2am UK time so I couldn t attend The top seller promised to answer questions that were emailed to him instead but the answers were so so basic and absolutely no help Again not tailored to the UK at all The final straw was the lack of influencer - which was a huge factor in my purchasing the package - The course promised me an influencer ready and available to promote my product when needed However after having to chase too seller down for an answer after multiple ignored emails he advises me the influencer in question has had an emergency and cannot promote my product This is not good enough Having a UK-based influencer was one of the key drivers in making my purchase As for the AMZ Scout tool This was very poor and returned very little results for the UK it it just didn t work at all during some searches I did try to seek advice but didn t really get anywhere After a couple of weeks I never used the product again So basically the whole thing was a waste of money The only thing that was slightly beneficial was the SellerHook element Although again this was executed poorly and incorrect info was given to me It s just not acceptable when you re charging 700 I have received nothing from this Due to not receiving what was agreed when I purchased the package I would like to request my money back This package was massively massively mis-sold - it is not at all applicable to a UK seller and you re working with a top seller who executed very poorly and doesn t offer what was agreed
