It seems like I can t do anything useful with amzscout now All the good features are blocked for free users and i cant afford the pro version rn I m working w jobs to make the money to get my inventory to start my Amazon business

Same old stuff I bought the software as a search tool and that works okay I m just tired of hearing the same old crap Apart from the software AMZ really has nothing to interest me Email after email offering the same old s no bonuses no incentive and a pretty dead business model I m happily unsubscribing and unclogging my inbox

Probably wouldn t have wasted the money I spent over 700 for the course with Riley who I can never get an answer from right away and they are insightful videos but I ve already watched videos from others with generally the same criteria for zero dollars And the amzscout tools dont seem very accurate I had a bunch of questions about things that had N A I ve tracked quite a few items and the data doesn t match on it

I am in tech sales and not completely tech illiterate and struggled with using this application I signed up thinking I could search for a product and see how it would perform but was never able to figure out how to do that I also felt like I was being prompted to add on one feature after another vs just having varying plans that articulate the difference with the different features built in The whole thing is honesty confusing and was also never able to get the chrome extension to work I emailed support and requested to cancel after many attempts to search for product and get the chrome extension to work After emailing support to cancel I received a reply from Sam who said I can cancel online and proceeded to ask if I would like to be shown I think that s odd that I have to say yes show me how to cancel after I already stated I wanted to cancel I then went to online chat at 10 00 cst and no one was on chat and received a message that someone would get back to me from support I was so frustrated that there is no help section or section on how to actually cancel the plan and that I was going through such lengths to try and cancel an account that I provided a poor support review Sam replied and asked me to please change my response as it affects his pay and merits He asked that once he cancels the plan for me that I go back in and change my review So that the company knows the issue is not entirely Sam but also with poor documentation on how to self service and no clear help or guides on management of subscription The icing on the cake was then basing asked to change my opinion of my experience so they don t get dinged in pay is crazy This whole experience left a poor taste in my mouth and hope that this feedback promotes change in the product and support

The product t works as expected but the pricing model is deciptive After paying for a subscription I hit monthly limits that are not listed on the main pricing page When I contacted support it was pointed out that those limits are defined in the terms of service The fine print And I can spend more to get past them I m sure it s legal but deceptive as hell
