Expensive Product with Low Features

Although it does not provide all option compared to Jungle Scout but relatively a good product but very expensive Lifetime membership cost you around 300 On some affiliate websites they offer you lifetime membership for 199 which is still expensive Well It is good option to have for new amazon sellers to start the Amazon journey It a is very good tool to have it in your arsenal The only draw back it s very expensive for new sellers Recommended for New Sellers you get better deal

The one-year product I purchased cannot

The one-year product I purchased cannot be used after 2 months of use Contact them to say that it may be memory plug-ins caching etc but I have tried to delete or not to use the update and I have not changed 4 computers 4 computers can not be used at the same time Contacting them did not give a solution Especially disappointed to waste money liar

Email is a cowards way of doing

Email is a cowards way of doing customer service these days You can take someones money but hide in an email chain when things go wrong If someone does not fix this issue with my account I will let my social following know why this is not the company you should spend money with what happened to the days of when there was a problem with your product you could call some one to get results faster Oh I know you stop caring about the customer and focused on profit good call

Their service and extension doesn t work

I paid 279 and My extension still won t work after Emailing customers Service for 4 days back and forth They refunded my money randomly because they couldn t figure out how my extension doesn t work And I lost 20 in exchange rate and 4 days waiting for nothing Save yourself time and sign up with jungle scout

Had for approx 6 months now First 2 months were fine I haven t used it for months now due to a glitch that fills my amazon basket up with 1000 s of products Trying to get an answer to what they can do to help and guess what Nothing to clarify just being fobbed off Now no replies to my emails 199 at this moment robbed from me

It never works

It never works I contacted the customer service but after three weeks the problem is still not resolved and the customer service will no longer reply to me They only say that I need to clear cookies and reinstall the extension I did what they said but after a few hours it doesn t work again and again and again If it doesn t work why should I buy it I am disappointed and angry

Very unhappy with them They are constantly changing their price policies I intended to buy a subscription 3 weeks ago for 299 USD Now it costs 499 USD As an excuse they proposed me a 20 USD discount that was not fine with me Besides they use very bad services for payment high currency rate The customer service agents could not help me

Product support isn t there Plan on spending a month or two to figure out the details while you pay their fees They have a confusing login that over time requires extensions clearing caches rebooting Using the product they sell isn t simple I reached out to product support repeatedly No help Just no help They talk in circles and quote the terms of service Unreliable to do business with
