Customer service is sloooooooow

Printer arrived with fault Slow customer service Took one week for them to diagnose the issue from fault logs that I supplied on day 1 and was asked to resubmit on day 2 day 3 Decided to request return and refund rather than part replacement for to diminishing confidence in the company Increasingly slow customer service one message from AnkerMake 10am each day Absolute mess-up regarding courier arrangements They still haven t collected Accessories pack due to them sending courier but not providing labelled No refund 600 as of yet 3wks

I cant believe that anyone would give this even a 1 star after a years use i e when warranty expires as there is then NO support available after it expires which is what I found in my 15 month of ownership when it went wrong I was told that it sounds like I had a malfunction and cant help as out of warranty They did however offer me a 15 discount on a new printer As they are now dumping them for 230 as oppossed to th 799 price tag when I bought it that doesnt sound much like a deal There was no offer to try and help with new controller head or whatever No electronic spares are listed on their site I believe they have a serious problem with the USBC cables and connectors they Printer was OK when I had it but not a patch on the BambuLabs which I bought rather than the 15 offer

Purchased M5C 12 2023 Print head started smoking 07 2024 Contacted support who refused to do anything about it as it was not purchased directly from them Purchased from Box co uk who went into administration 01 2024 and new owners not honouring purchases before 01 2024 AnkerMake support - I sincerely apologize that the problem can not be solved After checking your order information we regret that you are not buying directly from our company store According to the company s after-sales policy we can provide life-long technical support for our products but when it comes to return and exchange you also need to contact your seller directly to assist you with the processing No further response received

Will Cancel Your Order and Ignore You

I saw the M5C on sale for a decent price on sale via the website A pop-up 10 off coupon sealed the deal and I pulled the trigger on ordering the printer I patiently waited a few days for a dispatch notification or at least some sort of correspondence to show my order was moving forward Nothing ever arrived or showed up on the Shop app Fast-forward 11 days later and I received a cancellation email I ve purchased lots of Anker products in the past but never again after this You ve lost a customer
