Antonia is the best ADHD coach She s compassionate kind cares about her coachees well being empathetic and easy to talk to Her plans to my problem worked wonders for me and she s been so helpful with anything I found hard to implement in my life and now I am able to handle difficult situations with ease I highly recommend her as a coach
