Great course with good resources Took longer than expected to receive certification Great customer service very responsive and managed to get marked during coronation weekend must also be a bonus Would reccomend

AET The initial communication and

The initial communication and information as to who was my POC for advice etc was lacking After a few emails managed to have a POC this did change however The course itself is very heavy on PPT and as its remote self help was the way forward I have been teaching for over 30 years so not so much a challenge more adaptation to the new terminology etc The results took some time to come back but I was grateful for the support i did receive in the final stages of submission

Just completed my HLTA level 4 course Was really easy and straight forward to follow Customer service was great Thank you to Steve Caine and Amir for their support and getting back to me about any queries I had about the course Loved the way feedback was given for each assessment criteria The only thing that was disappointing was that there is a 30 resubmission fee

Really easy to sign up

Really easy to sign up the course was really well laid out and really easy to understand I had a couple of hiccups but the online chat people were really helpful and proactive Cant wait to continue my learning with Apex

Clear simple and straightforward I have taken a few Courses with Apex Learning they are packed with information so I ve gained plenty of knowledge from them Very easy to understand and take Notes They are always prompt to respond to my Emails Would Recommend

I didnt get my certificate after pass the exam but Leo sorted the problem out with less than 3 minutes Luckily I have my certificate and cant wait to start another course with Apex Learning Thank you

I forgot to ask my diploma at the end of my course I realized that only about 1 year later I was apprehensive as such a long time has passed but in less than 24 hours I had been given my diploma with no trouble Very grateful
