I have been having a hard time with my course since I purchased a coupon from another country and the web site did not reccognise my coupon for starting a profile and for getting my e-certificate Both of the customer service agent that have helped me have been wonderful in fixing these problems Thank you Ryan and Lucas for your prompt and courteous assistance

I find the courses very helpful I needed to update myself so that I can do my job well and this resolved that knowledge gap Recommended to working professionals who already had the basic knowledge but would like to enhance it with the latest changes

You guys are the best in prompt solving of problems and proffering solutions without any delay I asked Leo for a quick release of one of my certificates thinking it would take some hours to get it but within few minutes the certificate was ready Thanks so much

Thank you very much I did a very intresting course in Payroll UK every module was explained in detail now i will have a courage to change my direction my CV will be much more attractive I have to say a big Thank you for my teacher Lisa Newton for good quality of information for a lot of of details what i learned and for a lot of things what i can do now

Had a few initial questions although the courses I m doing are simple to access with all the resources you need I just needed a little reassurance I spoke with Leo who was awesome so helpful I will definitely continue my learning with Apex in the future Thanku Leo

Customer Service experience

Thanks to Leo who helped me through the chat and send me a link to the email to claim my certificate after the course completion It s a very convenient service especially when you have something that you think is a problem for you Use the chat service instead of worrying for no reason In other words ask and you will be answered immediately and competently

I had a lot of questions when I started the HLTA course because I hadn t studied for a long time Apex learning were excellent because they gave me direction and assurance Once I got going on my course I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to others The course material is straightforward and email communication is always prompt and extremely helpful thank you Steve Caine I was able to finish the course before the deadline and accommodate my study time around my full-time job Thanks Apex Learning
